Description du Poste
KCS IT recherche un développeur Services Now doté d’une forte expertise technique et d’un esprit d’équipe.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Expérience : Au moins 4 ans en développement et configuration ServiceNow.
- Compétences Techniques : Bonne maîtrise de JavaScript, GlideRecord et scripting ServiceNow.
- Modules Cœur : Expérience dans les modules tels que ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problème, Changement et Catalogue de Services.
- Architecture de Plateforme : Compréhension solide de l’architecture de la plateforme et du modèle de données.
- Intégration : Expérience en intégration de ServiceNow avec des systèmes externes via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles : Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Langue : Maîtrise du portugais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow development and configuration
- Proven knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with core modules: ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Solid understanding of platform architecture and data model
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken)
