Objectifs et responsabilités clés
Responsabilité de leadership et de propriété
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de développer, revoir et mettre à jour des normes, systèmes et programmes globaux en matière de SHE. Il s’assurera également que tous les sites d’Unilever respectent les exigences réglementaires internationales, en veillant à ce que les outils et formations nécessaires soient en place.
Normes globales
Ce rôle inclut la création et la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation SHE pour l’ensemble des employés, afin de garantir une compréhension et une conformité adéquates des normes en matière de sécurité.
Systèmes, programmes et solutions
Le manager sera responsable de l’amélioration et de la mise en œuvre des systèmes et programmes associés à la sécurité sur les sites de construction. Cela comprend la collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie pour minimiser les risques et les dangers liés à la construction.
Amélioration continue
Le candidat devra également analyser les incidents SHE, identifier les causes profondes et proposer des mesures préventives. L’objectif est d’améliorer les performances SHE à l’échelle mondiale et d’assurer la diffusion des meilleures pratiques.
Engagement des parties prenantes
Une partie essentielle de ce rôle consiste à collaborer avec des parties prenantes internes et externes pour promouvoir les initiatives SHE et renforcer une culture de Zéro Harm.
Qualifications requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme de licence en ingénierie (civile) ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ingénierie, comprenant la formation et/ou la gestion de la sécurité dans des projets de construction.
- Une forte connaissance des réglementations de sécurité et des normes de conformité.
- Une capacité avérée à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et à influencer des leaders.

This is ensured through global SHE Standards, Systems, Programs and Solutions.We are seeking a Global SHE Capability manager to join our team.
