Reporting to: Warehouse ManagerAre you ready to take ownership of DC shift operations and lead your team to deliver results? Our new Boxer Distribution Centre in Tongaat is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee all picking operations, staff coordination, and shift performance. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, high-performance logistics team and help deliver the Boxer difference – one store at a time.Purpose of the Role:To lead and manage shift operations effectively, ensuring optimal productivity, adherence to standards, and smooth handovers between shifts. The Shift Manager will be accountable for shift attendance, material handling readiness, and ensuring all picking and administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
