- Build, manage, and optimize Shopify stores to ensure high performance, user experience, and seamless functionality.
- Leverage performance marketing experience to align store optimization efforts with ad performance goals and data insights.
- Optimize product pages to improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV) through bundle sales;
- Monitor all live discounts and cost structures (ads, refunds, procurement costs, etc.) to maximize profit margins;
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product selection, align product images, and integrate customer feedback for better quality control;
- Develop audience targeting strategies for different sub-categories (e.g., activewear vs. party dresses);
- Create creative requests to improve ad performance.
Ideal ProfileWe would love to hear from you if…
- You have hands-on experience building or optimizing Shopify stores that convert.
- You have hands-on experience with Shopify Analytics
- You’ve worked in marketing or e-commerce for 3+ years and understand how to position and sell products online.
- You know your way around performance marketing — from setting up campaigns to reading the numbers and tweaking for better ROAS.
- You’re comfortable analyzing store and ad performance data to optimize conversion rates and improve profit margins.
- You’re familiar with the nuances of cross-border e-commerce, from supply chain costs to international ad strategies.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
