Ce rôle est proposé sous un contrat direct de 12 mois au sein de l’entreprise Standard Chartered. Le candidat retenu agira en tant que responsable technique pour le projet **Credit Origination Hive**. La priorité #2 du programme **CTA** met en avant la nécessité d’un leader technique compétent pour rénover la plateforme légendaire **creditmate**.
Le profil recherché est celui d’un ingénieur chevronné, capable de diriger la conception, l’architecture et l’exécution d’une nouvelle interface utilisateur (UI) de creditmate, en ligne avec la stratégie Unified UI/UX de l’entité. Ce rôle stratégique implique une responsabilité de leadership technique, d’innovation et d’amélioration des systèmes technologiques et des processus.
Responsabilités
Stratégie :
- Conseiller sur les capacités technologiques futures et la conception architecturale, en tenant compte des objectifs commerciaux et des exigences réglementaires.
- Développer une compréhension approfondie de la stratégie et du modèle commercial du Groupe.
Affaires :
- Comprendre l’environnement commercial, économique et de marché dans lequel le Groupe opère.
- Recommander des flux d’affaires et les traduire dans un écosystème **API**.
Processus :
- Exécuter et superviser le développement de **microservices** pour faciliter les capacités commerciales.
Gestion des Risques :
- Interpréter les risques clés du portefeuille et établir des contrôles appropriés.
Governance :
- Avoir conscience du cadre réglementaire et des exigences pertinentes pour le rôle.
Comportement Réglementaire et Commercial :
- Faire preuve d’une conduite exemplaire et adopter les valeurs du Groupe.
- Assurer la conformité avec toutes les lois et réglementations applicables.
Candidat Idéal
Le candidat possédera :
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets et développement technique.
- Une maîtrise de la programmation orientée objet, du multithreading et du tuning de performance en environnement d’entreprise.
- Une expérience approfondie dans la construction de **microservices** et **REST APIs** à l’aide du framework **Spring**.
- Des compétences avérées en leadership et collaboration, avec la capacité de mener des équipes de développement interfonctionnelles.
Compétences Techniques Spécifiques
- Maîtrise du langage **Java**.
- Expérience avec le **Spring Framework** et **Spring Boot**.
- Connaissances sur les applications cloud-native, avec des technologies comme **Quarkus**.
- Expertise en design de bases de données et en tuning de performance.
- Expérience en déploiement à l’aide de **Docker** et des outils d’orchestration comme **Kubernetes**.
- Intégration des pipelines **CI/CD** et meilleures pratiques associées.
- Connaissances avantageuses des plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).

📝 Description du poste : JOB SUMMARYThis is a 12 Months Direct Contract role.Strong hands on engineering lead and project management for Credit Origination Hive in PE. This is #2 priority for the CTA program and a strong engineering talent is required to drive the rebuild of creditmate legacy platform. The skillset requires is to complete overhaul and develop an inhouse solution in latest technology stackThe person will drive the solution design, architecture and execution of developing new creditmate UI aligned with CC wide Unified UI / UX strategy. This is a strategic role to provide overall technical leadership and direction encouraging innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes and ways of working.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy
- Advice future technology capabilities and architecture design considering business objectives, technology strategy, trends and regulatory requirements
- Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
Business
- Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates.
- Understand and Recommend business flows and translate them to API Ecosystem

- Responsible for executing and supervising microservices development to facilitate business capabilities and orchestrate to achieve business outcomes

- Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
- Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.

- The ability to interpret the Portfolio Key Risks, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience into Engineering Lead and Project Management
- Strong command of object-oriented programming, multithreading, and performance tuning in enterprise environments.
- Deep experience building microservices and REST APIs using Spring and its ecosystem.
- Designing and reviewing scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven experience leading cross-functional development teams.
- Ability to mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Java
- Spring Framework & Spring Boot
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience in building cloud-native applications using Quarku
- Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and writing complex SQL queries. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployment. Familiarity with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools is a plus
- Designing and reviewing scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures
- CI/CD pipeline (ADO) integration and best practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial
