En tant que Lead AI Infrastructure au sein de HTxAI, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre, et de la maintenance des infrastructures nécessaires pour les projets d’intelligence artificielle (IA) et d’apprentissage automatique. Cela implique de développer des environnements informatiques robustes et scalables, d’assurer l’efficacité du stockage et du traitement des données, ainsi que de soutenir le déploiement continu des modèles d’IA.
Responsabilités Principales
* **Conception de l’infrastructure** : Créer et entretenir l’infrastructure requise pour l’IA, tant sur des serveurs locaux que sur des ressources cloud.
* **Optimisation des solutions de stockage de données** : Développer des solutions pour gérer des ensembles de données à grande échelle et confidentielles.
* **Collaboration interdisciplinaire** : Travailler avec des scientifiques des données et des ingénieurs IA pour comprendre les besoins et fournir des solutions adéquates.
* **Gestion de la performance** : Surveiller et optimiser l’efficacité des systèmes, résoudre les problèmes au fur et à mesure qu’ils surviennent.
* **Conformité et sécurité** : Respecter les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité et de conformité lors de la gestion des données sensibles.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possédera les qualifications suivantes :
* **Formation** : Diplôme de Bachelor ou de Master en informatique, ingénierie, ou disciplines connexes.
* **Expérience professionnelle** : 2 à 8 ans dans l’ingénierie des infrastructures, principalement pour des projets IA.
* **Compétences techniques** : Bonne maîtrise des plateformes cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) ainsi que des langages de programmation tels que Python ou Java. Une expérience avec des technologies de conteneurisation comme Docker et Kubernetes est requise.
* **Capacités analytiques** : Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement.
* **Communication** : Capacité à expliquer des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes non techniques.

As the Lead AI Infrastructure at HTxAI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for AI and machine learning projects. This includes developing robust and scalable compute environments, ensuring efficient data storage and processing capabilities, and supporting the continuous deployment and integration of AI models. Your contributions will be critical in enabling the successful development and deployment of AI solutions within the organization. We are looking for highly technical individuals who are passionate about tech, love to solve problems, must be able to code and have a sound engineering mind. The ideal candidate is one who dares to innovate, takes ownership, a great team player, inspires excellence, is a skilled learner and one who embraces failures.What you will be working on:Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure required for AI and machine learning projects, including on-premises servers and cloud-based resources. Develop and optimize data storage solutions to handle large-scale, confidential datasets. Implement and manage scalable compute environments for training and deploying AI models. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AI infrastructure. Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their infrastructure needs and provide appropriate solutions. Implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and version control. Monitor and optimize system performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI infrastructure technologies and recommend appropriate adoption. Provide technical support and guidance for AI infrastructure-related issues.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2-8 years of work experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on supporting AI and machine learning projects. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases, data lakes). Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for handling confidential data. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience with AI/ML model deployment and management. Knowledge of big data technologies and distributed systems.
