Ce stage vise à impliquer des étudiants motivés dans des projets concrets qui aspirent à transformer le secteur de la santé à Singapour. Les stagiaires seront intégrés à plusieurs projets innovants, dont :
- SingCLOUD : Ce système permet d’évaluer les résultats cliniques à long terme et les coûts médicaux liés aux maladies coronariennes. Il assure la confidentialité des données tout en intégrant des sources diverses pour une analyse approfondie.
- Value-Driven Care Dashboards and Automation : Ce projet vise à améliorer la qualité des soins en suivant les indicateurs de performance clinique et en identifiant les opportunités d’amélioration pour les institutions de santé publiques.
- National Diabetes Database : Cette base de données centralisée soutient les efforts de lutte contre le diabète en intégrant diverses sources d’informations pour un suivi efficace des patients diabétiques.
Missions du stagiaire
Les stagiaires participeront à diverses responsabilités, notamment :
- Utiliser les capacités d’Informatica IDMC pour établir des connexions avec des sources de données internes et externes.
- Configurer des flux de travail pour l’ingestion de données dans un environnement cloud.
- Tester les processus d’extraction, de transformation et de chargement (ETL) pour garantir leur bon fonctionnement.
- Préparer un plan de déploiement et soutenir le processus de déploiement en veillant au bon fonctionnement des composants.
- Montrer un intérêt actif pour la validation des besoins des utilisateurs finaux.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal doit :
- Poursuivre un diplôme en Business Analytics, Data Science, Informatique, ou discipline connexe, avec une graduation prévue en mai ou décembre 2026, ou en mai 2027.
- Avoir une connaissance de base des concepts d’intégration de données et des processus ETL.
- Posséder des compétences élémentaires en SQL pour interroger des bases de données.
- Être capable de travailler en équipe et d’adopter une démarche analytique.
- Être passionné par la technologie et désireux de participer à la transformation du secteur de la santé.

SingCLOUD is designed to assess the long-term clinical outcomes, quality of care, and medical costs for patients with suspected or confirmed coronary artery disease (CAD) or congestive heart failure (CHF) in public hospitals. The system will utilize clinical data from the SCDB, along with administrative, pharmacy, and financial data from participating hospitals and the Ministry of Health (MOH), while ensuring data retrieval is limited to approved date ranges. Patient IDs will be anonymized to maintain privacy and facilitate the analysis of patient journeys, and the system will be adaptable to integrate new data sources and types, such as diabetes data from the Singapore Diabetes Registry.2. Value-Driven Care Dashboards and AutomationThe Value-Driven Care (VDC) Dashboards and Automation aim to enhance the quality of care in Singapore’s healthcare system by ensuring it is value-conscious. They will track clinical quality indicators and associated costs for VDC conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the performance of public healthcare institutions (PHIs) over time. Additionally, the system will enable « »like-for-like » » comparisons among PHIs and allow for detailed analyses to assess potential areas for enhancement.3. National Diabetes DatabaseThe National Diabetes Database (NDD) was set up to support the War on Diabetes to provide data-driven capabilities to all stakeholders to support and monitor the health outcomes of diabetics cohort. NDD consolidates data from multiple repositories into a single database and provides a unified virtual view and centralised access point to national diabetes information from NEHR as well as several Clusters’ data warehouses.The selected interns will participate but not limited to the following:
- Utilize Informatica IDMC capabilities to establish connections with various internal and external data sources.
- Configure data ingestion workflows to facilitate seamless data transfer into and within the cloud environment.
- Ensure that data connections are optimized for performance and reliability.
- Verify that all components are properly integrated and accessible.
- Test data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure they function as expected.
- Test the dashboards and reports to ensure they reflect the processed data accurately and are visually correct.
- Test the interaction between components to ensure that data flows correctly from Informatica IDMC to Databricks and then to Tableau.
- Prepare deployment plan, attend deployment approval walkthrough and support deployment process and ensuring that all components are functioning as expected.
- After deployment, monitor the performance of the cloud environment and optimize processes as necessary. This may include tuning data flows and adjusting resource allocations.
- Involve end-users to validate that the system meets their requirements and expectations.
- Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments based on user input
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and ETL processes
- Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Any hands-on experience through internships, projects, or coursework that involves data integration, cloud technologies, or data visualization tools like Tableau would be advantageous
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
