En tant que Power Distribution Specialist, vous aurez la responsabilité d’apporter votre expertise à l’organisation Power System concernant les applications de distribution d’énergie, en mettant l’accent sur les segments clés tels que l’énergie renouvelable, le transport, et l’industrie pétrolière et gazière.
Responsabilités Principales
Expertise en Distribution d’Énergie
- Assurer le développement commercial des équipements et produits de distribution moyenne et basse tension.
- Collaborer étroitement avec diverses équipes pour comprendre et anticiper les besoins des clients.
- Avoir des discussions de haut niveau pour identifier les exigences explicites et implicites dès les premières phases des projets.
- Former les équipes sur les applications spécifiques au secteur afin de renforcer les connaissances techniques.
Soutien à la Vente
- Construire des architectures de référence et des matériaux techniques pour promouvoir les solutions Schneider Electric.
- Aider les équipes de vente lors des premières étapes des projets grâce à des propositions techniques solides.
- Élaborer des cartes de bataille adaptées face à la concurrence.
Formateur et Voice of Customer
- Élaborer un *End To End Playbook* pour le segment, intégrant les besoins des clients et les solutions recommandées.
- Offrir des sessions de formation à l’équipe Power System pour renforcer les compétences sectorielles.
- Transmettre des retours d’expérience constructifs à la direction afin d’améliorer les offres de l’entreprise.
Qualités et Compétences Requises
Formation Académique
- Bachelor en génie électrique requis.
- Un master en génie électrique est un atout.
Expérience
- Minimum de 10 ans dans l’ingénierie des systèmes électriques.
- Expérience dans des projets liés à l’industrie pétrolière et gazière, aux centres de données, et aux énergies renouvelables souhaitée.
Compétences Techniques
- Bonne connaissance des équipements de distribution moyenne et basse tension.
- Capacité à concevoir des solutions adaptées aux défis des clients.
Compétences Interpersonnelles
- Capacité à dialoguer avec des décideurs de niveau C.
- Aptitudes à travailler en collaboration dans des environnements multi-acteurs.

- To be a Power Distribution Expert to boost business for SE MV equipment & product, MV Transformer, LV Equipment, MV/LV Kiosk, E-house in Singapore, and other East Asia countries upon request.
- In close collaboration with the country business VP, sales team, zone commercial team, global & zone segment team, country offer marketing team, and zone solution architectures, and equipment factories:
- To Engage high level discussions with Customers to capture expressed and unexpressed requirements in early project stage.
- Convert customer requirement to appropriate power systems architectures to magnify Schneider Electric equipment/product strengths.
- Understand the Segment’s ecosystem (for role in Singapore, focus on Oil & Gas)
- Be the trainer to step up Power System Team’s Segment application knowledge in EA Zone of respective segment
Expert of Power Distribution, with special focus on Oil & Gas segment
- Be the expert of Power Distribution Solution knowledge in Singapore market with special focus on Oil & Gas
- Understand segment’s EcoSystem, Go To Market, Key Players, with support from segment sales
- Good knowledge of SE MV equipment & product, MV Transformer, LV Equipment. Understand their strength and weakness vs Competitors offer, with support from Power System Offer Marketing
- Understand Customer applications needs and their challenges, able to carry out preliminary engineer evaluation & design (e.g. Short Circuit calculation, ETAP, Single Line Diagram preliminary design) to propose the Most Suitable solution that can maximize the winning probability of SE MV/LV equipment’s.
- Knowledge in power systems engineering (network simulation, protection, power electronics conversion (UPS/DC Charger), power quality, reliability) is nice to have
Strong support to sales on consultant selling of key projects
- Build appropriate reference architectures, technical materials, and documentations to promote SE MV/LV solutions emphasizing on differentiation and customer benefits for key accounts/opportunities
- Knowledge of Main Competitors solution and able to build adapted battle card suitable for key account/opportunities.
- Support sales in early project stage to have high level customer meetings to discuss and influence the solution architecture with solid technical and commercial value proposition for customer’s benefit.
Be the Trainer of Power System team to step up segment application knowledge
- Build segment End To End Playbook : covering segment EcoSystem, customer needs, recommended solutions & why, key value proposition, battle cards vs competitions, proposed Go To Market & why
- Provide E2E Playbook training to Power System team to set up their knowledge and competence of respective segment.
Be the Voice of Customer and provide constructive feedback to SE Management
- Detect SE solution gaps and provide prompt feedback to Zone commercial team
- Support zone commercial team to build constructive business case to address the offer gaps to top management

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is Must Have
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is Nice to Have
- 10+ years’ experience in Electrical Power System design engineering studies with a strong technical background
- Experience in leading roles for design of Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Utility, semiconductor, renewable energy, transportation projects will be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MV Equipment, LV Equipment, MV Transformer, and respective Competitor’s offer
- Familiar with direct engagement with customers
