Responsabilités Principales
- Développer et maintenir des relations clés avec les clients et élaborer un plan d’action pour chaque client.
- Effectuer des tests et des tâches de mise en service.
- Assurer une communication efficace et continue avec les clients.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing pour définir et exécuter des plans visant à accroître la notoriété de la marque.
- Gérer et maintenir à jour toutes les informations sur les comptes clés.
- Présenter des informations techniques nécessaires aux clients.
- Soutenir des séminaires de groupe ciblés pour partager des technologies liées aux solutions énergétiques.
- Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes et rester informé des dernières mises à jour.
Qualifications Requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme : Diplôme ou Licence en Génie Électrique, Électronique, Instrumentation ou Contrôle.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle, idéalement en tests et mises en service.
- Connaissance des produits et systèmes LV/MV.
- Connaissance en intégration de systèmes, conception de systèmes d’énergie, gestion des installations est un plus.
- Capacité à travailler de manière proactive, avec un bon esprit d’équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience dans la vente de projets et/ou l’exécution dans la région.
- Excellente sensibilité au service client.

- Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer.
- Perform testing and commissioning duties
- Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers.
- Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.
- Manage and keep updated all key account information and opportunity.
- Present and provide technical information necessary to customers.
- Support focus group seminars with targeted customers to share technology and application relating to Power Solutions activity.
- Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering
5 years of working experience * Experience in testing and commissioning
- Knowledge of LV/MV products and systems
- Knowledge in system integration, power systems design, facility management, energy management is a plus
- Pro-active and self-motivated team player
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to projects sales and/or execution in country/region.
- Good sense of customer service
