Éducation, Expérience & Compétences :
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie électrique requis.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un domaine similaire.
- Compétences communicationnelles claires et efficaces à tous les niveaux, facilitant la collaboration.
- Capacité à inspirer et à responsabiliser les équipes pour atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle.
- Proactivité dans la gestion des défis et mise en œuvre de solutions conformes aux normes.
Responsabilités clés
Le Site Electrical Lead sera responsable de plusieurs domaines stratégiques, notamment :
Planification Stratégique
- Gestion de l’opération et de la maintenance des systèmes électriques du site, y compris les systèmes de vapeur, d’eau, d’air comprimé et de climatisation.
- Participation aux projets majeurs du site et aux activités de planification stratégique.
- Évaluation des capacités existantes et des exigences pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Assurer la conformité des systèmes électriques aux normes de sécurité et de maintenance.
- Optimisation de l’utilisation des ressources disponibles pour maximiser les résultats.
Gestion et Développement des Équipes
- Être un modèle de comportement de leadership essentiel.
- Utilisation efficace des plans de développement des performances.
- Encouragement des jeunes ingénieurs à prendre des décisions commerciales.
Contrôle de la Documentation Technique
- Gestion des changements et suivi des actions jusqu’à leur clôture.
- Collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie pour garantir la conformité et la fermeture des actions identifiées.
- Mise en œuvre des analyses et actions liées aux écarts dans le système de gestion de l’ingénierie.

📝 Description du poste : Job PurposeExecution and development of projects keeping in mind compliance of Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality, (GMP) and technical procedures and Global Policies along with the formulation and implementation of. New global strategies from Group level related to engineering. To maintain the electrical equipment and ensure the smooth operations.Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s in electrical engineering is required for this role.
- 3-5 years of experience is required in a similar role.
- Clearly communicates ideas, expectations, and feedback across all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Inspires and empowers teams, promotes accountability, and drives operational excellence through effective management.
- Proactively addresses challenges, analyzes scenarios, and implements solutions while maintaining compliance with policies and standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Manage operation and maintenance of electrical Services at site including steam systems, water system, compressed air system and air conditioning system.
- Provide support in Site Major Projects.
- Participate in the Department Strategic Planning activity. Provide useful inputs regarding existing capacities, and requirements, to achieve the projected Plans.
- Deal L2, and L3 auditors pertaining to the supplies in the electrical area.
- Ensure contingency and alternatives are planned and implemented for electrical supplies to the production area.
- Provide inputs in preparation of Business Continuity Plans.
- Provide inputs in preparation of Site Facility Master Plan.
- Group reporting and monitoring of Site energy consumption.
- Lead Energy Conservation Projects at site.
- Manage & control of Electrical staff in the department to ensure Smooth services supply to production.
- Ensure that all engineering activities in Electrical are planned and in control along with Planned preventive maintenance.
- Quality of work and staff safety are undertaken in a manner consistent with GSK Customer service and cost targets.
- Optimize the utilization of available resources to maximize outputs.
- Coordinate in planning the activities related to the maintaining and repairing of physical systems of plant and equipment.
- Operate safely company-owned plant & machinery, including maintenance and renovation of all Electrical equipment.
- Participate in inter departmental teams and provide engineering support services.
- Ensure continuous improvement, economical and efficient Engineering process.
- Coordinate in controlling and managing engineering supplies and contractual service to ensure spare inventory and service level
- Provide input in Engineering related Risks Assessment procedures as well as Self Inspections.
- Ensure that all engineering related systems are maintained within their validated parameters to achieve consistent quality and reliability.
- To ensure all electrical HV, LV systems are working smoothly with proper electrical maintenance.
- To ensure all electrical spare parts are available in stock.
- To ensure that site electrical systems work with optimization.
- Guide his sub ordinates for timely adherence of PM checklist.
- All maintenance record to be updated on time.
- Ensures a safe, secure, healthy and environmentally suitable workplace and manages.
- Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) issues in his area.
- Responsible for complete documentation and record keeping of Electrical Maintenance.
- Proper tagging and safety considerations at LV/HV systems.
- Actively contribute to technology transfer processes to move towards automation.
- Ensure compliance with Global Engineering Standards and Global GSK policies and procedures.
- comprising of GMP, ETCM, TPs, EHS, and GQP policies.
- Liaise with Group representatives for guidance for implementation of different global policies
- Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedure so that engineering activities are operated safely, support EHS and comply with Group and Local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all engineering related systems are maintained within their validated Parameters to achieve consistent quality and reliability.
People Management & Development
- Be a role model on Leadership essential behaviors.
- User performance development plans effectively for better performance and development of Teams.
- Empower young engineers to make business decisions.
Engineering Documentation Control:
- Raising and tracking change control in case of any change and its approval from all correspondence within due time, tracking and coordination with team member for closure of identified actions.
- Liaison with Engineering on monthly basis to ensure closure of all identified Risk Actions in RMS with submission of compliance evidence to Technical Lead.
- GES Gap analysis and actions execution.
