Description du poste : Job Description:Mission:The SSO is responsible of supporting the physical security of the Site and a key actor in the overall Physical Security organisation. It is responsible for preventing and protecting people, information, product and assets from potential third parties unsocial and antisocietary risks. Will secure and protect regulatory controlled areas and items in line with regulations, including responsibility for defense.As SSO, is responsible to manages and controls all the economic, material and human resources provided by the Company with the purpose of ensuring proper protection of its personnel, assets, the product and its classified and sensitive information, in accordance with the requirements set out in the various programs, by taking the necessary actions to meet objectives set by the Company’s Management and in accordance to the Spanish Private Security law..Main activities and responsibilities:

• Responsible of following a proper risk analysis, for the development, implementation, maintenance and update of security plan and security activities for the site or others AHE locations, including supervising execution of security service activities in collaboration with the HO of Security at AHE Spain.
• Implement the Airbus Security policies, the current directives and procedures, as well as compliance with national / state / local legal, regulatory and contractual obligations (including the defense / and the national secrets act and those that be specific to the siter) Preparing and issuing for their approval, in accordance with procedures set out in our division.
• Managing security projects and facilities that are implemented in the Company as well as their subsequent maintenance
• Ensuring the communication channels with National and Local Authorities necessary to ensure proper coordination of all activities and, particularly, the most appropriate response to any security incident
• Responsible for both the run (operations) and projects (continuous improvement) of the tools and the associated processes. Serving the Physical Security organization.
• Participate in the definition, management and operation of site security in close collaboration with site management and business.
• Detect and respond to any accidental or intentional hostile act directed to personnel and/or valuable assets (technological heritage, facilities and reputation).
• Secure and protect regulatory controlled areas and items in line with regulations ensuring the protection of all information considered classified by the government, foreign governments, AIRBUS or international organizations.
• Carrying out, support and promoting awareness and communication activities to achieve maximum cooperation in security matters by all the company’s employees.
• Supporting and/or working in Aircraft/Business Programs for the management and implementation of Physical Security and Product Security.
• Participate in the assurance the management of the issues related to weapons and pyrotechnics
• Collaborate in the conduct security inspections of company´s facilities.

• Collaborate with other security departments of corporate security, of the divisions and of the affiliates to ensure the definition and the deployment of the company security strategy and policy.
• Participate in the security incident management, being responsible of the physical possible evens
• People and Workplace issues
• To advise on Security matters for the elaboration of contractual clauses and/or security requirements for Airbus contracts with other legal or governmental entities.
• To be approval by the Interior Ministry, for managing Private Security

Skills:

• University Degree/Master (Engineering is desired)
• Project management skills to develop security plans, manage security projects and collaborate with other departments.

• 10-15 years of experience in a position of management.

• It is necessary for this position to take a Security Course, provided by the company, for being approved by the Interior Ministry.
• Languages: English and Spanish mandatory, French is a plus.
