Dans le cadre de son développement, Quento Technologies, filiale dédiée aux services ICT, recherche un Architecte d’Entreprise ayant une expertise approfondie en technologies Microsoft.

Description du Poste

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la conception et de l’implémentation de stratégies IT à l’échelle de l’entreprise. Ce rôle essentiel nécessite une harmonisation entre les stratégies commerciales et ICT, une capacité à développer des frameworks architecturaux évolutifs, ainsi que la livraison de solutions robustes et sécurisées.

Responsabilités Principales

Architecture Stratégique & Planification :

• Analyse des tendances ICT et évaluation des opportunités de transformation numérique.
• Mise à jour du portefeuille de solutions ICT pour répondre aux besoins présents et futurs.
• Élaboration et maintien de cadres architecturaux en phase avec les objectifs commerciaux.
• Proposition d’évaluations des modifications architecturales, y compris l’adoption de nouvelles technologies.

Stratégie et Adoption du Cloud :

• Encouragement de l’adoption des services cloud Azure et élaboration de stratégies de migration.

Gestion de l’Infrastructure :

• Supervision de l’infrastructure Azure pour garantir disponibilité, évolutivité et sécurité.

Sécurité et Conformité :

• Assurer que les solutions respectent les exigences de sécurité et de conformité.

Leadership Technique et Mentorat :

• Fournir des conseils techniques aux équipes de développement, en promouvant les meilleures pratiques.

Collaboration avec les Parties Prenantes :

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes commerciales pour comprendre les besoins et les traduire en solutions techniques.

Évaluation Technologique :

• Évaluer les nouvelles technologies et recommander leur adoption, selon leur pertinence.

Documentation :

• Développer et maintenir la documentation architecturale complète, respectant les normes de conformité réglementaire.

Exigences

Formation :

• Bachelor ou Master en Informatique, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
• Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans le secteur IT, dont 6 ans en architecture d’entreprise.

Compétences Techniques :

• Expertise avec les technologies Microsoft, incluant Azure, Microsoft 365 et Dynamics 365.
• Compréhension approfondie des services cloud Azure et des principes de design sécurisé.
• Familiarité avec les méthodologies Agile.

Compétences Douces :

• Capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes affirmées.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement dans des environnements multiculturels.
• Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning business and ICT strategies, developing scalable architectural frameworks, and delivering robust and secure solutions across the organization.Responsibilities:Strategic Architecture & Planning

• Capture and analyze ICT trends.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation, including new business services.
• Evaluate and update the enterprise ICT solution portfolio to meet current and future needs.
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks that align ICT solutions with business objectives.
• Propose and assess architectural changes, including new technologies and platforms.

Cloud Strategy and Adoption

• Drive the adoption of Azure cloud services and develop strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud.

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and architectural standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Technology Evaluation

• Evaluate new technologies and architectural patterns, recommending their adoption when appropriate.

Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and roadmaps.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT sector;
• At least 6 years in a dedicated Enterprise Architecture role;
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, Power apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI;
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, databases, and identity;
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework;
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud strategies, microservices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD;
• Deep knowledge of secure design principles, including OWASP guidelines;
• Expertise in architecture modeling tools such as Sparx EA, ArchiMate, and UML;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience;
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
