Responsabilités Principales
Le FP&A Manager sera chargé de diverses missions essentielles, dont :
- Collaboration étroite avec la direction régionale pour prioriser et aligner les activités et initiatives financières.
- Analyse des tendances en matière de performance, notamment des revenus, coûts de vente, dépenses et actifs.
- Direction des activités de FP&A au sein de la région, y compris préparation de rapports et projections.
- Facilitation de discussions sur des initiatives clés avec la direction.
- Promotion d’une communication efficace entre différentes entités opérationnelles.
- Formation et coaching du personnel FP&A au sein de l’IBC.
- Gestion des parties prenantes et intégration de leurs retours pour l’amélioration continue.
- Participation active à des projets internes et missions ponctuelles.
Profil Recherché
Johnson Controls attend des candidats répondant à un ensemble de critères bien définis :
- Diplôme de Master en Comptabilité ou Finance; certifications ACCA/CPA/CMA appréciées.
- Expérience professionnelle de plus de 8 ans dans le domaine de la Planification et de l’Analyse Financière.
- Orientation client et sens des affaires prononcés.
- Compétences avancées en Power BI, Excel et PowerPoint.
- Excellente capacité d’analyse, rigueur et autonomie.
- Compétences interpersonnelles solides et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

📝 Description du poste : We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our international team as FP&A Manager. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape financial processes across the region, partner with senior leadership, and drive business-critical decisions. - Collaboration and strong partnership with Regional Senior leadership to prioritize and align all finance related activities & initiatives;
- Review and analyses current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and balance sheet incl. statistical accounts;
- Provide leadership and direction in the tracking and monitoring of the committed results
- Facilitate the review of key initiatives with senior leadership
- Lead all FP&A activities across region (flash, outlook, planning process etc)
- Promote effective communication & cooperation between BBC, IBC and business through knowledge sharing, processes and issues resolution,
- Support and coach FP&A personal in IBC
- Manage key stakeholders and incorporate feedback for continual improvement
- Pay an active role in internal projects
- Support ad-hoc assignments for the region in scope
What we look for
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in the role of Financial Planning & Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
- Knowledge of HFM/One Stream is a plus
- Advanced Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills,
- High standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized,
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
