Mission et objectifs

Le Représentant des services numériques a pour objectif principal d’assurer que les sites des clients soient connectés efficacement au cloud, garantissant ainsi une circulation fluide des données des actifs vers la plateforme Eco-structure Asset Advisor (EAA). Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

  • Amélioration des actifs critiques : Installation de capteurs intelligents et de fonctionnalités de communication.
  • Configuration et intégration : Préparation et validation des connexions de données, en tenant compte de la cybersécurité.
  • Interventions sur site : Exécution d’analyses basées sur la condition des systèmes et demandes des clients.
  • Soutien technique : Coordination avec des équipes internes et des clients sur les questions de connectivité.

Exigences requises

Les candidats doivent posséder une formation supérieure ainsi qu’une expérience pertinente de travail, avec des compétences avérées en automatisation et solutions IT. Voici les critères spécifiques :

  • Formation : Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente + 2 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
  • Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
  • Compétences techniques : Connaissances des systèmes d’automatisation, réseaux TCP/IP, et intégration des systèmes digitaux.
  • Capacités personnelles : Sens de l’écoute, dynamique, et capable de travailler dans un environnement évolutif.
  • Voyages : Prêt à voyager à l’international jusqu’à 70% du temps.

Candidates are welcome from Europe with European passport but the relocation to Slovakia is mandatory. * Possibility to work remotely

  • Extensive international travel (70%) within Europe

Objective & MissionThe key role of the Digital Service Representative is to ensure customer sites are well connected to the cloud and ensure valid asset data are flowing from the customer’s site to the EAA (Eco-structure Asset Advisor) platform.This position is accountable for:

  • Upgrading the customer critical assets with smart sensors and communication features
  • Configure gateway, and connect critical assets to the cloud
  • Integration (preparation, connectivity, validation, and cybersecurity compliance)
  • Collecting all data requested for Digital platform provisioning (done by Connected Services Hub (CSH))
  • Supporting the preparation and execution phases of complex solutions
  • On-site intervention following CSH insights from condition-based monitoring, customer requests

Main responsibilities

  • Review customer electrical distribution network (HV, LV…) to identify critical assets to be upgraded, compile all installation info (equipment and IT) and collect cybersecurity requirements
  • Preparation of work and staging: sensor pairing, custom model, firmware upgrade, gateway association to tenant, off-site testing; and validation of Bill of Materials including modem & SIM card
  • Installation of new sensors and/or protection relays on site
  • Configure communications and connect digital devices (relays, sensors, SMD, …) to gateway
  • ETP connection: connect system to the Internet – Schneider cloud platform (northbound)
  • Commission the IT/IoT portion of the digital services: coordination with other SE Field Services

Engineers/Eco-Experts / Subcontractors / Customer’s staff * End to End testing and validation to ensure successful connection

  • Troubleshoot End to End connectivity including ETP using procedure and ticketing tool
  • Compile project data for provisioning by CSH into Eco-Struxure Asset Advisor (EAA) Platform, project

data should be complete to prevent delays in CSH provisioning * Validate the communication architecture for devices and gateways to retrieve and publish data for the assets up to the EAA Platform.

  • Be the technical warrant of the services capabilities in front of the customer.
  • Support customer projects on all connectivity matters including cyber security and analytics (including 3rd party solutions and 3rd party sensors).

Education & Experience

  • 2+ years university degree or equivalent experience with at least 1year of related experience
  • Advanced in Automation, IT solutions and networks (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC61850…), digital systems integration, software setting
  • Knowledge of LV and MV products (knowing Schneider Electric products is advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Mandatory: fluent communication in English language (B2+ level min)
  • Flexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team player, Leadership skills
  • Good Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD
