Le poste de **Senior Test Automation Engineer** proposé par Itera Slovakia offre une occasion unique de participer à un projet de qualité critique pour un client dans le secteur de l’assurance scandinave. Ce rôle implique à la fois le continuement d’un projet établi et la révision complète de la stratégie d’assurance qualité (QA).
Responsabilités Clés
Les missions de l’ingénieur incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Agir en tant que leader technique et architecte principal des automatisations au sein de l’équipe de test.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre un cadre d’automatisation des tests robuste et évolutif, en accord avec les principes CI/CD.
- Assurer une intégration étroite entre la couche d’automatisation et l’écosystème DevOps du client.
- Élaborer une feuille de route d’automatisation des tests, priorisée et axée sur les risques, en fonction des processus critiques pour l’entreprise.
- Encadrer et former des testeurs juniors et des ingénieurs d’automatisation.
- Maintenir une traçabilité complète entre les cas de test, les exigences fonctionnelles et le suivi des défauts.
- Collaborer quotidiennement avec des équipes distribuées, des architectes de solutions, des développeurs et des propriétaires de produits.
Exigences Professionnelles
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un minimum de 6 années d’expérience en tests logiciels, dont au moins 4 années consacrées à l’automatisation des tests.
- Une maîtrise d’au moins un outil d’automatisation comme Selenium, Ranorex ou TestComplete.
- Une connaissance avancée de C# ou JavaScript, avec une attention particulière aux meilleures pratiques en matière de testabilité.
- Des compétences solides en bases de données SQL et en gestion des données de test.
- Une expérience démontrée dans la construction de frameworks d’automatisation intégrés dans des pipelines CI/CD.
Compétences Techniques Spécifiques
- Expérience significative dans le domaine financier, notamment au sein des systèmes bancaires.
- Connaissance pratique des tests de performance, de charge et de sécurité.
- Familiarité avec des outils de conteneurisation comme Docker et Kubernetes.
- Capacité à effectuer des tests d’accessibilité conformes aux normes WCAG 2.2.
Langues et Capacités Interpersonnelles
Les candidats doivent maîtriser les langues suivantes à un niveau élevé :
- Ukrainien, Anglais, Russe : niveau C1/C2.
- Norvégien : connaissance élémentaire souhaitée.
En outre, des compétences en communication interpersonnelle, en résolution de problèmes et en travail d’équipe sont essentielles. Un bon niveau de culture numérique et des capacités d’organisation et de planification du travail sont également requis.

This long-term engagement involves not only continuing an established project but also taking ownership of revising and elevating the overall QA strategy, including building a dedicated automation-first test team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical leader and primary automation architect within the test team.
- Design and implement a robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation framework aligned with CI/CD principles.
- Ensure tight integration of the automation layer with the client’s DevOps ecosystem, reporting pipelines, and system environments.
- Drive the formulation of a prioritized and risk-based test automation roadmap aligned with business-critical processes.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, mentoring, and technical enablement of junior testers and automation engineers.
- Ensure full traceability between test cases, business requirements, and defect tracking.
- Drive test reliability, resilience, and early failure detection.
- Collaborate daily with distributed teams, solution architects, developers, and product owners across borders.
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for test improvement.
- Proven track record in leading technical test sessions with external clients
- Proficiency in identifying and shaping client requirements efficiently
- Ensuring compliance of banking operations with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze financial statements, calculate financial ratios and ensure the accuracy of calculations
- Proficiency in using the PMT formula for repayment calculations
Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years focused on test automation, including framework design from scratch.
- Mastery of at least one of the following tools: Selenium, Ranorex, TestComplete, or similar enterprise-level automation tools.
- Advanced knowledge of C# or JavaScript, including best practices in coding for testability and maintainability.
- Strong database skills, especially in SQL; experience with test data management.
- Demonstrated experience in building automation frameworks in a CI/CD pipeline, preferably using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience working in distributed, international teams and directly interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in the Finance domain, particularly in banking systems
- Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of e-commerce solutions
- Proficiency with ReadyAPI, including conducting Performance tests
- Strong expertise in Elasticsearch (Kibana or similar)
- Experience with accessibility testing WCAG 2.2 levels A-AAA is a must

- Understanding of the insurance industry, regulatory requirements, and business flows.

- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) and virtual test environments.
- Knowledge of English, Ukrainian and Russian on a high level is must
- Knowledge of Norwegian languages is a significant advantage.
