Opportunité de carrière
Le rôle de Junior Consultant chez EY Parthenon offre l’opportunité de participer à la création d’analyses financières et au processus de diligence raisonnable. Les consultants travailleront sur des projets stratégiques essentiels dans les trois domaines principaux suivants :
- M&A Advisory : Accompagnement des clients dans l’identification et la réalisation d’opportunités de marché.
- Corporate Finance Consulting : Optimisation des structures de capitaux et du financement de projets.
- Strategy Consulting : Élaboration et mise en œuvre de stratégies commerciales efficaces.
Responsabilités clés
Les consultants juniors auront pour mission de :
Analyse et évaluation
- Assister les investisseurs dans l’identification des risques cachés lors d’acquisitions.
- Conduire des analyses approfondies de la santé financière des entreprises.
- Conseiller les clients sur les risques potentiels associés aux transactions.
Diligence raisonnable
- Rédiger des rapports de diligence raisonnable pour aider à la négociation des prix d’achat.
- Collaborer avec les clients pour garantir l’exactitude des informations.
Support aux transactions
- Assister les clients lors de la vente de leurs entreprises.
- Participer activement à chaque étape du processus de vente.
Analyse de données
- Traiter les données financières et préparer des analyses dans MS Excel.
- Produire des rapports finaux basés sur les analyses effectuées.
Profil recherché
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme universitaire en économie, mathématiques ou un domaine technique.
- Une bonne compréhension des termes financiers et comptables.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais et du slovaque, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Une maîtrise avancée de MS Excel.
- Un esprit analytique, logique et critique.
Une expérience dans le domaine du consulting ou de l’audit ainsi que la connaissance d’outils comme Alteryx et Power BI sont des atouts, mais ne sont pas obligatoires.

- Assisting potential investors in identifying hidden problems and risks in companies they plan to buy
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial and business information to evaluate a company’s financial health
- Advising clients on potential risks associated with the transaction
Due diligence
- Preparing due diligence reports to serve as the basis for negotiating the purchase price
- Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate and relevant information
Transaction support
- Supporting clients in selling their businesses and preparing their transaction documentation
- Actively participating in the sale process and support clients at every step
Data analytics and processing
- Processing data and conduct financial analyses
- Working in MS Excel to prepare reports and analyses
- Preparing final reports
Skills and attributes for success
- Completed university degree in economics, math or a technical field
- Knowledge of basic finance and accounting terms
- Fluent in English and Slovak (both written and spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical, logical and critical thinking
- Enthusiasm and a continuous learning mindset
- Attention to detail and a precise approach
The following experience is an advantage, but not a requirement:
- Previous experience in consultancy or audit
- Previous experience with Alteryx and Power BI
