Ce rôle de Payroll Associate est particulièrement destiné aux candidats ayant une expérience dans les opérations de paie internationales. Wolt est à la recherche de candidats possédant une compréhension approfondie des processus de paie, tant en interne qu’en externe. Cette position est ouverte à ceux qui souhaitent contribuer à la mise en place et à la montée en échelle des opérations de paie au sein d’un environnement technologique mondial.
Responsabilités Clés
- Opérations de Paie : Assurer l’exécution précise et ponctuelle des opérations de paie.
- Support Client : Gérer les demandes de renseignements des employés relatives à la paie et communiquer proactivement sur les changements législatifs.
- Conformité : Participer à la mise à jour des solutions standard pays pour s’adapter aux modifications légales.
- Gestion de Projet : Être responsable des projets d’amélioration des processus au sein de l’équipe.
Qualifications Requises
- Maîtrise de l’allemand et de l’anglais.
- Passion et expérience dans les opérations de paie et les technologies associées.
- Expérience antérieure avec Workday ou d’autres systèmes RH est un atout.
- Capacité à utiliser MS Excel de manière autonome, la connaissance de l’ADP étant un plus.
- Compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.

With this attitude, during 2021 the People team has launched platforms like Workday, and Altshare, while simultaneously beginning the rollout of Quinyx and changing our payroll vendor to ADP.We are going through rapid growth in our global payroll team, and we are looking for a Payroll Associate located in Budapest or Bratislava, with an end-to-end understanding of payroll processes and ideally payroll experience from both in-house and outsourced payroll.This is a truly unique opportunity to be part of a payroll team in one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, having a chance to contribute to what modern global payroll looks like, to provide a world-class payroll experience to all of our employees. This role is open in Berlin, Germany; Budapest, Hungary, and Bratislava, Slovakia.What you’ll be doing
- Performs regular daily operations leading to ensuring accurate and timely execution of Payroll within their scope. Perform reconciliations and controls in the regular payroll process
- Assists internal customers and stakeholders and coordinates payroll activities. Manage employees’ payroll-related queries (and escalations) and proactive communication on payroll legislative changes.
- Participate in continual review and update of country standard solutions to identify and adapt to legal changes and incorporate them into all design documents and other material to maintain country compliance.
- Deliver results on key performance areas for payroll metrics and issue management process.
- Project Management – is accountable for process improvement projects. Works as part of a wider project team.
Qualifications
- You are Fluent in Germany and English
- Experience and passion for payroll and payroll-related technology and processes.
- Previous experience in payroll operations and Workday (or other enterprise HR systems) is a strong advantage.
- You are a strong communicator, with high working proficiency in English.
- You enjoy taking ownership and solving problems proactively.
- You know how to use MS Excel proficiently, familiarity with ADP is a plus.
- You work well in a team and are entirely comfortable collaborating remotely and dynamically using digital tools such as Slack and Zoom.
