Volvo Cars recherche un Quality Engineer pour contribuer à l’établissement de normes de qualité au sein de ce nouveau projet ambitieux. Les candidat(e)s doivent être motivés et prêts à embrasser une culture d’entreprise axée sur l’innovation et l’excellence.
Rôle et responsabilités :
En tant que Quality Engineer, vous serez chargé(e) de plusieurs responsabilités clés :
- Contribuer aux analyses de modes de défaillance et effets (FMEA) et à la gestion des événements de construction virtuelle (VBE) pour identifier précocement les problèmes potentiels lors des lancements de nouveaux produits.
- Supporter la production dans la mise en œuvre du Plan de Contrôle de l’Usine (PCP) et diriger les audits associés.
- Implémenter et maintenir les procédures et outils du Système Opérationnel de Qualité (QOS) dans les zones de production.
- Encadrer la résolution de problèmes pratiques sur le terrain, tant préventifs que correctifs.
- Conduire des analyses de cause racine basées sur les données pour garantir des solutions durables.
- Superviser l’exécution du plan de contrôle, en fournissant des retours d’informations au Me (Moteurs Électriques), ajoutant des informations à FMEA/PII si nécessaire.
Qualifications requises :
Les candidats idéaux disposeront des qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie de fabrication, mécanique, mécatronique, automatisation ou équivalent.
- Expérience dans l’industrie automobile ou dans des installations de fabrication similaires.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et orale, ainsi qu’une mentalité analytique, orientée données et solution.
- Maîtrise du local et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Passion pour la qualité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière structurée et avancée.
- Enthousiasme à devenir un modèle des comportements et de la culture de Volvo Cars.
Rémunération et avantages :
Le salaire de base mensuel pour ce poste commence à 1 850 EUR. Ce montant constitue le minimum garanti pour cette fonction. Le salaire final est négociable et sera ajusté en fonction de l’expérience et du niveau de seniorité du candidat.

Bring your experience and help lay the foundation for quality in this exciting new project.You will be responsible for:
- During launches of new products, participating in Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Virtual Build Event (VBE) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM), aiming to detect and act on potential issues as early as possible.
- Supporting production in Plant Control Plan (PCP) implementation and taking lead of the Layer Audit of PCP.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Operating System (QOS) related procedures, methods and tools in production areas.
- Coaching and supporting the shop floor practical problem solving, for preventive and corrective Quality actions in production.
- Driving quick containment implementation, data driven root cause analysis and verified permanent solutions as well as documentation and spreading of Lessons Learned.
- Govern/audit execution of control plan; secure feedback to ME (updating the FMEA/PII when applicable
What will you bring?
- University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Materials Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in Auto industry or similar manufacturing facilities is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical, data driven and solution oriented mindset
- Fluent in local and English language, spoken and written
- You are passionate about Quality and action – oriented problem solving and have a proven structured and advanced problem -solving experience
- You would like to be a role model in applying the Volvo Car culture and behavior
CompensationBase Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.850 EUR.
- The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
