Responsabilités Clés

• Gestion d’Équipe : Encadrer une équipe de 10 à 12 membres, contribuant à leur développement de carrière et à l’amélioration de leurs compétences.
• Méthodologie Agile : Implémenter des méthodologies de développement Agile pour garantir une réponse rapide aux besoins changeants du marché.
• Engagement Produit : Participer à la définition des priorités du backlog et s’assurer de la réalisation des engagements pris.
• Culture d’Innovation : Promouvoir une culture d’innovation et de perfectionnement continu au sein de l’équipe.
• Gestion des Projets : Agir en tant que manager responsable pour plusieurs projets clients, en gérant les risques et opportunités.

Qualifications Requises

• Formation : Diplôme de Master en informatique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
• Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle de leadership et/ou de développement, avec une compréhension approfondie de l’architecture microservices.
• Compétences Techniques : Expérience avec Java, Spring Boot, OData, SQL, et gestion de code via Git. Une expérience avec K8s/Kyma, Jenkins, GitHub et autres outils modernes serait un atout.
• Connaissance des Plateformes Cloud : Familiarité avec les services comme AWS, GCP, Azure, et SAP BTP.
