Responsabilités principales
Le Software Engineer sera responsable de la conception, du développement, des tests et de la maintenance de la plateforme logicielle NiCE CX. Les missions clés incluent :
- Conception et développement de produits et fonctionnalités NiCE CX.
- Réalisation de tests unitaires et revues de code.
- Résolution des défauts détectés durant le cycle de QA.
- Assistance dans l’environnement de production et au sein d’une équipe agile.
- Contribution à l’amélioration des processus et de la plateforme.
À propos de l’équipe
Le *Data team* est au cœur des structures de données pour les systèmes de reporting d’ACD (Automatic Call Distributor). Cette équipe se concentre sur la gestion des Data Lakes et des systèmes de Data Warehousing, garantissant que les données et structures nécessaires sont bien présentes. Les membres de cette équipe acquièrent une expertise approfondie des composants de données principaux et collaborent étroitement avec les équipes de reporting.
Compétences et qualités requises
Pour être éligible, le candidat doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Titulaire d’un bachelor en informatique ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel avec Java, C# et .NET.
- Connaissance en SQL et des processus ETL.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Expérience en microservices basés sur AWS.
- Excellentes compétences communicationnelles et de prise de décision.
- Travail en équipe et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
Expériences souhaitées (Bonus)
Des compétences supplémentaires peuvent être un atout, notamment :
- Expérience avec Kafka et SCALA.
- Connaissance de bases de données telles que MongoDB ou DynamoDB.
- Connaissance des processus de développement agile.
- Expérience en environnement CI/CD.

Key responsibilities include all tiers of the NiCE CX technology, including (but not limited to) design and development of NiCE CX products and features, unit testing, code reviews, resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle, supporting the production environment, and assisting other developers in a team environment utilizing agile development processes.About the team:The Data team drives the core data structures for the CX – ACD(Automatic Call Distributor) reporting systems. This team focuses on ensuring the Data Lake and Data Warehousing systems contain the necessary data and structures via a multitude of methods. This includes ETL jobs, SQL procs, refinery code, data streams and anything that helps ensure the “big data” component of our system. Team members get to become extremely knowledgeable on all the core data components and work directly with our reporting teams to ensure we always have the most up to date calculations and data algorithms. Any developer looking for opportunities to drive “big data” decisions or for a team that invests in new technologies then this is the team for you.How will you make an impact?

Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- 3+ years of recent experience in software development with Java, C#, .NET
- Experience with SQL
- Interest or knowledge in data, ETL jobs, data warehousing, real time data processing
- Well established technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience building and maintaining AWS based microservices
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent decision-making skills Working knowledge of unit testing
- Working knowledge of common design patterns
- Working knowledge of object oriented software design
- Team Player
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Experience:
- Experience with Kafka and SCALA
- Experience with Mongo or Dynamo DB (or equivalent DB system)
- Experience with Rest/Web Sockets/GRPC
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with automation/testing tools
