Description du poste

Axon recherche des **Software Engineers** pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Ce rôle vous permettra de prendre des responsabilités significatives et de contribuer à des projets ayant un impact réel.

Responsabilités

Les missions principales incluent :

• Développement de fonctionnalités sur plusieurs plateformes et services.
• Amélioration de l’infrastructure pour optimiser l’automatisation, la scalabilité et la performance de la plateforme.
• Assistance dans la définition des spécifications et du design architectural des systèmes d’application.
• Préparation de prototypes afin d’évaluer les choix technologiques.
• Suivi des projets et communication claire des statuts lors des réunions d’équipe.
• Support et surveillance des activités système quotidiennes.
• Révision de code et orientation des collègues, ainsi que support à d’autres équipes telles que le support client.
• Prise en compte des implications en matière de sécurité et d’échelle lors du développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Compétences requises

Pour candidater, les candidats doivent justifier d’au moins **4 ans d’expérience** en ingénierie logicielle, avec des compétences spécifiques en .NET et .NET Core. Les exigences incluent également :

• Expérience solide en déploiement et en réseaux, notamment sur des protocoles comme HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, et l’utilisation de Docker.
• Familiarité avec des systèmes de CI/CD tels que Github Action et TeamCity.
• Connaissance des systèmes de surveillance comme Grafana et Prometheus.
• Compréhension des fondamentaux en informatique, des structures de données et de l’analyse des algorithmes.
• Capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies.
• Compétences en communication en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Qualifications souhaitées

Il serait un atout d’avoir des compétences dans d’autres langages de programmation (Java, Go, Scala), ainsi que :

• Expérience en développement SQL (procédures stockées, optimisation des requêtes).
• Participation à la conception et à la livraison de systèmes cloud hautement disponibles.
• Intérêt pour le mentorat de jeunes ingénieurs.

• Working with features on multiple platforms and cross services.
• Develop infrastructure for enhancing automation, scalability, performance and robustness of the platform.
• Assist in developing specifications and architecture design for application systems
• Prepare prototypes to evaluate technology choices for various applications and databases
• Track your own projects and clearly communicate status and risks in team meetings
• Monitor everyday activities of system and provide required support
• Perform code review, support co-workers and provide guideline to Customer Support, Sale Engineers and other teams.
• Consider scale and security implications of new features that you develop.

What You Bring

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (specially .NET knowledge, NET Core)
• Strong on networking and deployment experience on HTTPS, DNS, TCPIP, TLS2, Docker, etc…
• Experience with CI/CD such as Github Action,TeamCity, AdvancedInstaller, Windows Service Installation, System Center Installer..
• Experience with monitoring one of alerts system such as Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, OpsGenie, Splunk, SumoLogic,…
• Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design and code quality verification
• Demonstrate the design pattern, system design and the workflow of feature.
• Experience building complex and impactful software in a team environment
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and passion for quality, innovation, and world-class design
• Problem solving, creativity, and communication skills are essential working with remote co-workers
• Fluent in English communication (daily/weekly discuss with UK Team) including writing documentation (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Quick learning on other programming languages (Java, Go, Java, Scala, Golang, React,

) * Familiarity in other languages like Java, Scala, Golang, React,

• Nice to have React or alternatives front-end framework.
• 3+ years SQL development (stored procedures, functions, tables, indices, optimizing queries, etc)
• Experience designing and delivering high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems
• Knowledge in creating and maintaining simple application installers, Windows services
• Experience in build and Continuous Integration tools/processes like MsBuild, TeamCity, Github Action, Jenkins
• You have worn multiple technology hats, working on a variety of areas like back-end, front-end, client, mobile
• You have refactored aspects of a significant code base
• You enjoy mentoring and growing junior engineers
