Ce poste implique la conception, le développement, le test et la maintenance d’applications logicielles et systèmes. Les candidats travailleront étroitement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour fournir des solutions logicielles de haute qualité, adaptées aux besoins des affaires et des clients.
Responsabilités Principales
- Développement de logiciels : Concevoir, coder et mettre en œuvre des applications logicielles en suivant les exigences projet.
- Analyse des besoins : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour rassembler les exigences logicielles et les traduire en documents techniques.
- Testing et Débogage : Développer et exécuter des tests pour assurer la qualité du logiciel, tout en identifiant et en corrigeant les bugs.
- Maintenance et Support : Offrir un support de niveau 3 pour les applications, tout en surveillant leur performance et leur disponibilité.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec d’autres équipes pour garantir une intégration et une livraison sans faille.
- Amélioration Continue : Innover et améliorer l’efficacité des livraisons logicielles.
- Documentation : Créer et maintenir une documentation exhaustive pour les applications.
- Sécurité et Conformité : Assurer la sécurité des applications logicielles et respecter les règlements en vigueur.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Compétences en langages de programmation modernes (C#, React, JavaScript).
- Compréhension des méthodologies de développement logiciel (Agile, Scrum).
- Expérience avec des systèmes de contrôle de version (ex. : Git).
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
- Connaissances en tests et débogage.
- Familiarité avec Azure et le cloud computing.

and systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers.1. Software Development:
- Design, code, and implement software applications and systems based on project requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
2. Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
3. Testing and Debugging:
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in the software.
4. Maintenance and Support:
- Provide Level 3 support for software applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of software systems.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other platform teams, including Cyber, Infrastructure, Operations, and Risk teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, such as the Alliance Partnerships team and Individual Life core colleagues, to understand and address their needs.
- Engage with the technology teams of partners when necessary to achieve project goals.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Embrace continuous innovation and strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
7. Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
8. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that software applications are secure and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (C#, React, JavaScript) and development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (Azure)
