- Previous experience in software quality assurance and testing including writing test cases/scenarios from system requirements and defect management
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) a plus
- Experience using Quality Assurance tools (such as TestRail, Jira, Remedy, etc.) a plus
- Software programming experience a plus
- Strong analytical, computer and multitasking skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Change Management. Facilitate change management life cycle and associated processes; analyze and assess change management requests and projects; coordinate and communicate release and testing schedules; prepare for, conduct and document assigned change management meetings
- Testing. Develop and execute integrated test plans and test cases for assigned releases; provide oversight of integrated testing process including reporting of progress and issues found; review change management release notes for implementations and perform quality assurance testing
- Evaluation. Regularly monitor and assess the efficiency of the change management process and tools
EDUCATION:LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L – Light Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.Any physical requirements reported by a prospective employee and/or employee’s physician or delegate will be considered for accommodations.PAY RANGE: $65,000.00 – $85,750.00CITY: RochesterPOSTAL CODE: 14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
