ARX Robotics GmbH recherche un Software Robotics Engineer expérimenté pour intégrer son équipe dédiée au développement de véhicules terrestres sans pilote, destinés à des applications gouvernementales et civiles. Ce rôle requiert une implication active dans la maintenance, le test et l’optimisation des logiciels pour des systèmes robotiques, garantissant ainsi une performance et une fiabilité constantes.
Les responsabilités principales incluent :
- Maintenance et optimisation : Assurer que les logiciels pour systèmes robotiques fonctionnent de manière fiable.
- Validation de systèmes : Effectuer des tests rigoureux à travers des simulations et des scénarios du monde réel.
- Support technique : Offrir une assistance et effectuer du dépannage, tant à distance qu’en personne.
- Collaboration : Travailler en synergie avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour respecter les exigences opérationnelles.
- Documentation : Rédiger les processus de maintenance des logiciels et les résultats des tests.
- Suivi continu : Améliorer la fiabilité du système via une surveillance constante.
- Administration de systèmes : Réaliser des tâches liées à Linux, telles que le scripting shell.
- Intégration : Collaborer avec des équipes matérielles pour intégrer des protocoles de communication industriels.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Diplôme : Licence ou Master en Informatique, Robotique ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Expérience avérée avec des systèmes robotiques et d’automatisation, surtout en tests et maintenance logicielle.
- Compétences techniques : Solides connaissances en Linux, C++, ROS, ainsi que des protocoles de communication industriels.
- Aptitudes analytiques : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en groupe.
- Langues : Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, l’allemand étant un atout.
- Éligibilité : Capacité à travailler en Ukraine est requise.

📝 Description du poste : The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Software Robotics Engineer (m/f/d) to join our software team and develop unmanned ground vehicles for governmental and civilian applications. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on maintaining, testing, and optimizing software for robotic systems to ensure consistent performance and reliability. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various innovative projects.To join our team, you should be excited to
- Maintain, test, and optimize software for robotic systems to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
- Conduct system validation and rigorous testing through simulations and real-world scenarios.
- Provide technical support and perform troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robotics systems meet operational and integration requirements.
- Document software maintenance processes, configurations, and test results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance system reliability through continuous monitoring and iterative improvements.
- Implement Linux-based system administration tasks including shell scripting and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with hardware teams to integrate industrial communication protocols and hardware interfaces.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with robotic or automation systems, with a focus on software testing and maintenance.
- Extensive experience with Linux, including system administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and hardware interfaces (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, serial).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must; German is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Ukraine is required.
