You would like to become a part of the Quality Assurance Team and support complex websites and specialist procedures? Would you like to take responsibility for quality assurance in the agile or classic process? Then become part of ]init[ in the role of a Software Tester (all genders) for manual and automation testing in Porto or from anywhere in Portugal. You will provide advice on the test processes, create test cases and take over test execution.What there is to do

  • You plan, specify and carry out manual and automated software tests
  • You analyze requirements and specifications with regard to their testability and develop suitable test cases
  • You integrate test processes into our CI/CD pipeline and continuously optimize them
  • You document test results and derive well-founded recommendations from them
  • You contribute to the creation and further development of test strategies, concepts and test environments
  • You continuously improve our test tools, frameworks and processes
  • You actively contribute to the team, share your knowledge and support colleagues in their further development

What you bring along

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in quality assurance – ideally in both manual testing and test automation
  • You enjoy manual testing and developing and executing automated tests yourself
  • You have already worked with common frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright and would like to expand your knowledge further
  • You know an object-oriented programming language such as Java or JavaScript and can familiarize yourself with code
  • You have experience with Xray, Jira, Confluence or comparable test management and documentation tools
  • You like to work in an agile way and actively contribute to your team
  • You organize your tasks in a structured way and communicate clearly – also in an international context
  • You speak English very well and feel comfortable in English-speaking teams
