Description du poste
L’équipe Azure Core New Tech se concentre sur l’automatisation des processus de vérification, de gestion et de livraison du matériel dans les datacenters de Microsoft pour divers produits, incluant Azure, High-Performance Computing, Office et Edge Computing. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs en collaboration avec les parties prenantes ;
- Développer des documents de conception et coordonner les plans de projet ;
- Améliorer la performance du code existant tout en garantissant sa maintenabilité ;
- Superviser le développement de produits conformes aux exigences client ;
- Agir en tant qu’expert et superviser d’autres ingénieurs sur différents produits.

Qualifications requises
Qualifications Requises :
- Baccalauréat en Informatique ou discipline technique connexe et 6+ ans d’expérience en ingénierie technique avec la maîtrise des languages tels que C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript ou Python.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Baccalauréat et 10+ ans d’expérience, ou un diplôme de maîtrise et 8+ ans d’expérience dans un domaine technique similaire, avec une forte expertise en collaboration et en gestion d’équipe.
- Expérience en gestion d’équipes techniques pendant au moins 4 ans.
- Background en systèmes d’exploitation comme Linux ou FreeBSD, adaptable à l’environnement Windows de Microsoft.
Compétences Clés
Les candidats idéaux doivent posséder :
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite ;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement ;
- Compétences en conception, codage et résolution de problèmes ;
- Compréhension de la qualification du matériel, développement de pilotes et débogage du noyau.

📝 Description du poste : The Azure Core New Tech team is seeking lead engineers who are eager to help with the New Technology onboarding process: automating how new hardware is verified, managed, and delivered to Microsoft datacenters for Azure, High-Performance Computing, Office, and Edge Computing products within Microsoft. The team works at the interface of software and hardware. The team creates technology to validate, onboard and manage the hardware throughout its lifespan (from arrival to disposal), track the hardware metadata, and ensure the quality and security of hardware when it reaches Microsoft datacenters. It supports the expansion of all capacity for Microsoft services and is at the leading edge of new hardware platforms coming to the cloud. The team is focused on automating the management and tracking the process of New Technology onboarding to bring new and innovative technologies to market faster.In Azure Core New Tech team, your role as a Software Engineering Lead will be to build and lead the team in understanding requirements, creating designs, and implementing the features needed to enable new technologies. - Guides partnership with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements within and across teams.
- Guides teams and leads identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
- Optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
- Guides team to drive multiple group’s project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers).
- Guides team and acts as an expert for Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and monitors other engineers across product lines, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
- Leads product development and scaling to customer requirements and applies best practices for meeting scaling needs and performance expectations and holds accountability for products that do not meet expectations.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years min people management experience
- Outstanding team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross team and collaborate with others.

- Excellent hands-on design, coding, and problem-solving skills
Background and experience in operating systems like Linux or FreeBSD, which can be adapted to the Windows environment used in MicrosoftExperience with operating System development, kernel module, kernel debugging, hardware driver development, new hardware qualification, network stack experience, routing table, IPv6, network packet analysisOther Requirements:
