Represented by Valoris Group Limited on behalf of a Leading Hampshire-Based Renewables SpecialistThe OpportunityValoris Group Limited are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected renewable energy contractor, well-known for their quality installations across solar PV, air source heat pumps, and battery storage systems. As their project workload continues to grow, they are seeking a qualified Approved Electrician to join their expert team, supporting residential renewables installations across Hampshire and neighbouring regions.Role OverviewAs an Approved Electrician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality electrical installations across a variety of domestic renewable projects. While solar PV and heating system wiring experience is desirable, full training can be provided for the right candidate. Your primary focus will be on safe, compliant installations with minimal disruption to clients.Key Responsibilities:Electrical installation of renewable energy systems (solar PV, heating controls, battery storage)Carrying out testing, inspection, and commissioning worksDiagnosing and resolving electrical faults on-siteEnsuring all works meet current regulations and health & safety standardsLiaising with customers in a professional and courteous mannerCandidate RequirementsFully qualified and Approved Electrician (18th Edition)Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures & compliancePrevious experience in domestic electrical installationsExperience with solar PV & heating systems is advantageous but not essentialProblem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitudeFull UK driving licenceWhat’s on OfferSalary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Company vehicle & fuel card providedPrivate medical insurancePension scheme22 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising with length of service up to 30 days)Clear pathway for career progression within a growing businessSupportive working environment that values loyalty and high-quality workmanshipWhy Consider This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to build a long-term career in the rapidly growing renewables sector.
