Description du poste : Detalle del aviso:Responsibilities of Partner Operations Specialist Positions:Channel planning and managementDevelop and execute the channel operation strategy for digital energy products, including resellers, agents, partners, etc.Manage the channel network, optimize the channel structure, and improve the channel coverage and sales efficiency.Regularly evaluate channel performance and adjust channel strategy to adapt to market changesChannel sales target achievementSet and break down channel sales targets to ensure that each channel achieves sales targets.Monitor channel sales data, analyze sales trends, and propose improvement suggestions.Maintain good communication with channel partners to drive the achievement of sales targets.Channel cooperation and maintenanceDevelop and maintain relationships with distributors, agents and partners, and establish long-term and stable cooperation models.Coordinate and resolve issues in channel cooperation to improve channel satisfaction.Organize training for channel partners to improve their product knowledge and sales capabilities.Marketing and SupportDevelop and execute channel marketing plans to enhance brand and product influence in the market.Coordinate resources to provide marketing support for channel partners, including publicize materials, promotion activities, etc.Participate in planning online and offline activities to promote product sales and brand exposure.Data analysis and optimizationRegularly analyze channel sales data, identify problems, and propose optimization solutions.Use data analysis tools to monitor channel performance and develop targeted operation strategies.Provide data support to assist management in making decisions.Customer relationship managementAssist channel partners in managing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collect customer feedback, analyze market demand, and drive product and service optimization.Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Teamwork and communicationMaintain close communication with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that channel operations are consistent with the overall strategy of the companyBudget and Cost ManagementDevelop the channel operation budget, control channel-related expenses, and ensure reasonable allocation of resources.Monitor channel operation costs, optimize resource usage, and improve operation efficiency.Industry Dynamics and Trend AnalysisFocus on the digital energy industry and understand market trends and competitors’ strategies.Participate in industry conferences and events, obtain the latest information, and support channel operations.Report and SummaryRegularly report channel operations, sales data and market dynamics to management.Summarize channel operation experience, propose improvement suggestions, and drive continuous optimization of channel operation.Effectively promote product sales in channel partners, enhance brand influence, optimize channel resources.La empresa:Fundada en 1987, Huawei es un proveedor líder mundial de infraestructura de tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC) y dispositivos inteligentes.
