Description du Poste
Le **Solution Analyst** jouera un rôle central dans la conception de solutions de cybersécurité adaptées aux clients, spécialement dans les domaines de la technologie opérationnelle (OT) et de la sécurité des réseaux. Ce rôle suppose une collaboration étroite avec les clients pour comprendre leur environnement, leurs défis et leurs exigences technologiques.
Responsabilités Principales
- Interface technique principale : Servir de point de contact technique pour les clients.
- Analyse des environnements : Identifier les lacunes ou faiblesses en matière de sécurité.
- Proposition de solutions : Traduire les besoins clients en propositions de solutions complètes.
- Documentation : Préparer et documenter les conceptions de solutions et exigences techniques.
- Collaboration : Travailler en synergie avec les architectes de solutions et les équipes opérationnelles.
- Ateliers et Présentations : Participer activement à des sessions techniques avec les clients.
- Gestion de projet : Contribuer à l’estimation des coûts et à la planification des projets.
- Développement interne : Participer à l’élaboration d’offres internes et de composants réutilisables.
- Déplacements : Voyager occasionnellement pour des activités préventes ou de projet.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent justifier d’une expérience pertinente dans des rôles similaires tels que **Solution Analyst** ou **Technical Consultant**. Les compétences suivantes sont nécessaires :
- Expérience en conception de solutions : Solide compréhension des infrastructures de réseau et de la cybersécurité.
- Esprit analytique : Capacité à aborder les problèmes de manière structurée.
- Communication efficace : Maîtrise de l’anglais pour établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes.
- Orienté client : Aptitude à construire des relations solides avec les clients.
Il est également souhaitable de posséder une expérience avec les plateformes NDR/EDR et l’intégration SIEM.

📝 Description du poste : Summary In 2022, ESET has established new global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to delivering and supporting large companies and public institutions with complex tailor made solutions aiming to increase cyber-resilience.The Corporate Solution division is now expanding to key markets and we are looking for Cyber Security Solution Consultant to join our growing Corporate Solutions team.Job descriptionWe are looking for a Solution Analyst who will play a key role in shaping end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for customers in the areas of Operational Technology (OT) and Network Security. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their environments, challenges, business and technology requirements. You will be responsible for defining overall solution, selecting the most suitable technologies and serving as a bridge between the customer and our delivery and operations teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.What will be your responsibilities?Act as the primary technical interface for customers.Analyze customer’s environments to identify security gaps or weaknesses.Translate identified findings and customer needs into end-to-end solution proposals (leveraging ESET’s technologies and integrating them with existing customer infrastructure to deliver comprehensive, multilayered protection)prepare and document solution design, diagrams and technical requirements for deployment.Collaborate with internal Solution Architects, Delivery Managers and DevOps engineers to ensure implementation of security solutions.Lead and actively participate in workshops, technical presentations and requirement validation sessions with customers and internal teams.Provide input into cost estimation, project planning, risk evaluation and quality assurance project activities.Contribute to the development of internal offerings, helping to define future service capabilities and reusable solution components.Occasionally travel to customers as part of presales or project activities.Our requirements for the role:Proven experience in a similar role, such as Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, Security Solution Specialist or Technical Consultant (ideally in cybersecurity, network infrastructure or Operational Technology (OT) environments).Strong background in solution design or system integration.Analytical mindset with a structured and systematic approach to problem-solving.Ability to effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions, delivering high-quality and fit-for-purpose designs.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.Fluent English, both spoken and written.Nice to Have (Optional but Beneficial):Experience with:NDR/EDR platformsSIEM integration with network sourcesOperational Technology environmentsExperience in working with security teams or SOCs, preferably in a presales or delivery contextWhat We Offer:Opportunity to grow toward Delivery Manager or Solution Architect roles.Access to continuous learning and upskilling in cutting-edge security technologies.Dynamic team environment and impactful projects for leading clients.Hybrid working environment with flexibility.Basic wage component (gross): from 2 500 EUR
