Titre du poste : Solution Designer
Localisation : Ankara, Turquie
Vodafone recherche un ingénieur en solutions d’intégration de services de facturation. Ce poste est stratégique pour l’entreprise, visant à optimiser les processus liés à la facturation, au traitement des paiements, et à la gestion des revenus.
Missions Principales
Le candidat retenu assumera diverses responsabilités, notamment :
- Travailler au sein d’une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de sprint et les KPI.
- Réaliser des analyses fonctionnelles et techniques des éléments du backlog.
- Préparer la documentation de livraison des releases.
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et d’infrastructure pour évaluer le dimensionnement des systèmes.
- Estimer la taille des éléments du backlog et les traduire en conception d’ingénierie.
- Fournir un soutien au développement en cas de défauts signalés par les parties prenantes.
Compétences Requises
Le candidat idéal devra posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en ingénierie informatique ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience d’au moins 2 ans en tant qu’ingénieur logiciel.
- Maîtrise des langages de programmation modernes, comme Java.
- Compétences techniques en bases de données Oracle, SQL et PL/SQL.
- Connaissance des architectures microservices et des services web.
- Expérience des méthodologies de développement Agile.
- Compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe.

In addition to deep technical knowledge, also possesses a strong understanding of billing processes and operations as they apply to mediation and usage rating, order orchestration, activation, revenue recognition, invoice generation, taxation, payment processing and management.How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
- As a member of the squad, software engineer is responsible for all the activities that lead the team to achieve their sprint goals & team KPIs.
- Delivers detailed functional and technical analysis against backlog items in line with software engineers in other squads; handshakes on the specifications of the integrations points.
- Prepare release documents for the delivery
- Together with Ops and Infrastructure teams, studies dimensioning for the systems in the domain based on the traffic forecast provided by the business unit
- Works with product owner, Solution designer and software engineer define backlog items (epics, features, user stories, tasks) for the necessary cases
- Estimates size of backlog items
- Translates backlog items into engineering design and logical units of work (tasks) with the solution developers.
- Supports testers for test case preparation; reviews test cases.
- Provides development support for defects and issues raised by relevant stakeholders regarding the domain under the teams responsibility.
- Executes RFP/RFP & SOW process if required.
- Works with solution architect to maintain product roadmaps and target architecture
- Reviews and approves vendor design documents; follow ups vendor development.
- If assigned as a Lead Solution Owner, drives e2e development activities, ensures e2e quality of the delivery.
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
- Graduated from Computer Engineering or similar discipline
- At least 2+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- At least 2+ years of experience Java and/or similar modern programming languages
- Expertise in Data Modelling (Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Vault Modelling, etc.)
- Good Technical skills in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, •
- General experience with Microservice architectures
- APIs, Web Services, SOAP, REST and similar technologies
- Spring and/or similar frameworks
- General experience with Cloud Computing
- Agile software development methodologies,
- CI/CD tools and methodologies,
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong understanding of software development process
- Strong business orientation with strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowhow and experience of Telecommunication concepts and services.
