La position de Solution Engineering Lead pour l’automatisation du marketing requiert une compréhension profonde des besoins business ainsi qu’une expertise technique solide. En tant que leader, vous superviserez l’implémentation et le déploiement de solutions informatiques, en collaboration avec des Product Owners et des équipes DevOps. L’objectif est de transformer les besoins business en spécifications techniques conformes aux normes d’ingénierie.
Responsabilités Principales
- Conception et Intégration : Participer à la conception, développement et intégration de solutions IT, en se concentrant sur l’automatisation du marketing.
- Gestion de l’Équipe : Encadrer une équipe de développement, en favorisant la collaboration et en s’assurant que les objectifs sont atteints.
- Optimisation Technique : Fournir des conseils techniques pour développer des solutions évolutives et robustes, adaptées aux exigences des opérateurs et aux meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.
- Collaboration Inter-Équipes : Travailler aux côtés des équipes DevOps pour s’assurer que les solutions mises en œuvre répondent aux standards de qualité et d’intégrité.
- Amélioration Continue : Identifier et recommander des opportunités pour optimiser les processus de l’équipe et la stabilité des plateformes.
- Transfert de Connaissances : Documenter les best practices et les processus pour assurer un transfert de connaissances efficace.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal pour le poste possède :
- 8 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires au sein de multinationales.
- Une solide expérience pratique de 5 ans avec des technologies telles que les plateformes d’automatisation marketing et des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
- Un parcours avéré dans la gestion d’équipe et la capacité à influencer divers acteurs.
- Des compétences en intégration de systèmes distribués et une familiarité avec les méthodologies Agile.
- Des compétences en programmation, en particulier dans des langages comme JS et Python, ainsi qu’une connaissance des meilleures pratiques d’automatisation test.

Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.As the Marketing Automation Solution Engineering Lead, you will be a leader of solution and software engineering team overlooking the implementation and deployment of the business solutions. Collaborating closely with Product Owner(s), Product Architect(s) and other DevOps teams you will need to understand the business needs, helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps.You will be driving excellence in engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce IT landscape. This role involves also hands-on development work.You serve as a key contributor in refining and driving excellence in solution engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce landscape.The role reports directly to the Engineering Manager.Your responsibilities would include:be the key contributor in the design, configuration, development and integration of IT solutions within the tech stack: Marketing Automation, together with other team members, to enable use cases per the needs of the businessmanage Marketing Technology Stackmanage the team by fostering collaboration, clear communication, setting goals and expectations, providing feedback, recognizing and rewarding effortsprovide technical and architectural input to guide the development of scalable and robust solutionstailor technical solutions for OpCo’s requirements, often leveraging existing products or servicescustomize and configure systems to meet the agreed scope.
