Développement de Processus
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé d’analyser les processus d’affaires existants tout en les adaptant aux besoins futurs et en intégrant des pratiques exemplaires. Cette responsabilité inclut non seulement la planification des besoins, de l’approvisionnement et de la gestion des commandes, mais également l’optimisation des opérations de production pour répondre efficacement aux attentes des clients.
Responsabilités Clés
Les principales responsabilités du rôle comprennent :
- Développement et mise en œuvre de processus de planification efficaces, en conformité avec les normes réglementaires.
- Conseiller sur les changements réglementaires liés à la qualité pour les parties prenantes IT.
- Recherche et application de solutions innovantes en collaboration avec des partenaires internes et externes.
- Gestion du backlog de développement IT dans le domaine de la planification.
- Conduite de projets d’envergure, ainsi que d’améliorations au sein de votre domaine d’expertise.
- Assurer la conformité des flux de travail du cycle de vie des solutions IT.
- Compréhension des interdépendances entre différents domaines et travail en équipe pour une approche intégrée.

Compétences Requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Plus de **10 ans d’expérience** dans la planification opérationnelle et la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- Une expérience avérée dans la **gestion de processus de bout en bout**.
- Des compétences en **communication efficace** et en **gestion de projet**.
- Un excellent niveau d’**anglais**, avec des aptitudes à collaborer à travers des équipes et des cultures.
- Une attitude proactive et positive, avec une volonté de prendre des responsabilités.
- Une connaissance de **SAP S/HANA**, **IBP**, ou **PPDS** est un atout.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:We are looking for an experienced integrated business planning professional to be the core player in our SAP Center of Excellence. You will be leading and owning the solution side E2E process development together with business representatives and SAP CoE colleagues. The ideal candidate has been creating, planning and developing S&OP and supply chain processes and systems supporting them.SAP CoE (Center of Excellence) is a midsize team responsible for SAP Platform activities, developments, and business support. We work together with an extensive partner network to enable Orion’s core business processes to be developed with the latest technologies.The role is permanent and located in Espoo or Turku offices in Finland, and our team follow Orion’s hybrid mode of working.About your roleIn this role you will analyze and understand existing business processes and develop them for future business needs by considering specific requirements and best practices.Business planning at Orion includes demand, supply and order-based planning activities managed within integrated SAP provided solutions (IBP, PPDS, SAP S/4 Hana & MRP). Systems are used to support the optimization of production to meet the customer requirements in a timely manner. In this role, you will be at the heart of planning, but the solution functionalities provide the backbone for the whole supply chain operations.Your key responsibilitiesYour main responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement with partners, and continuously improve efficient planning process and supporting tools and its E2E flows in compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance on quality related regulatory changes to other IT stakeholders
- Proactively seeking opportunities to apply new innovative solutions and realize the value of the existing assets, both in close collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Managing the IT development backlog for the planning domain, in collaboration and alignment with the business stakeholders and broader IT organization.
- Leading and contributing to project and enhancement work of all sizes within your own process area.
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions and platforms in your area and ensuring business fit, service levels, business continuity, solution documentation and quality standards are met
- Not to limit only to your own solution area but understand the dependencies to the other areas and work together as one team!
