Rôle du Sourcing Manager

Le poste de Sourcing Manager au sein du département MOP & Derivatives dans le cadre de l’équipe d’Achats Directs (DP) est essentiel. Le candidat idéal contribuera à assurer un approvisionnement fiable et durable de matières premières essentielles, notamment le nitrogène, le phosphore et le potasse.

Responsabilités Clés

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie d’approvisionnement mondial de Yara pour les catégories de produits pertinentes.
• Optimiser l’approvisionnement en matières premières en tenant compte des contraintes logistiques et opérationnelles.
• Négocier les achats de produits pour les usines de Yara sur des bases à long terme et à court terme.
• Initiative et responsabilité dans la rédaction et la négociation des contrats d’achat.
• Établir et maintenir des relations avec des fournisseurs externes et des parties prenantes internes.
• Analyser l’intelligence de marché pour optimiser les stratégies d’approvisionnement.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal doit être titulaire d’un MSc dans un domaine pertinent, ou d’un BSc avec expérience, et doit posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des affaires et des relations. Une connaissance des marchés des matières premières mondiaux, des compétences en négociation, et une maîtrise de l’anglais sont également requises.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of global supply chain operations, helping ensure the flow of essential materials that support sustainable agriculture worldwide.If you’re driven by global trade, logistics, and sustainability, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on a global scale.Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Yara’s global sourcing strategy for the relevant product categories
• Optimize the supply of raw materials to the production plants taking into consideration time, logistical and operational/technical constraints
• Involved in the day-to-day execution of the deliveries
• Negotiate the purchase of products for Yara plants and markets, both on long-term and spot basis
• Initiate, draft and negotiate purchase contracts in collaboration with the team and with support of the legal department
• Maintain and develop relations with external suppliers and internal customers/stake holders
• Take responsibility for and issue reports on performance indicators, price benchmarks, etc.
• Study market intelligence to optimize sourcing
• Plan and execute the day to day operations; vessel nominations, volume/laycan changes, alternative supply, plant flexibility, modes of transport and delivery terms
• Maintain and report monthly savings
• Attend relevant conferences and meetings to maintain and build supplier relations
• Qualify product and/or suppliers to be used in the plants and markets

Profile

• MSc in a relevant subject or BSc with experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business and relationship management
• Experience in and knowledge of global commodity markets
• Experience in contracting, a commercial approach and solid negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset, analytical, self-motivated, result-oriented and with ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player with the ability to build relations with colleagues and key stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages are an asset
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships
• Cultural awareness
