IBM recherche un Sourcing Professional dynamique et orienté vers les résultats pour intégrer son équipe de Global Strategic Sourcing, qui opère dans plus de 80 pays. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de diriger et d’exécuter des projets de sourcing complexes, ainsi que de coordonner les exigences régionales pour diverses catégories indirectes, dans un environnement multinational.
Responsabilités Principales
Le Sourcing Professional aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Conduire des **deals de sourcing complexes**, englobant des appels d’offres multi-étapes, ainsi que des négociations commerciales et juridiques.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des **stratégies de sourcing et de catégorie** alignées aux objectifs commerciaux d’IBM.
- Effectuer des **analyses de marché** approfondies afin d’identifier et d’évaluer des fournisseurs potentiels et de négocier des contrats avantageux.
- Collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour détecter des **opportunités d’achat** et mettre en place des initiatives d’économies.
- Élaborer et maintenir un **système de qualification et de gestion de performance des fournisseurs** robuste.
- Assurer le respect des **politiques et régulations** de l’entreprise.
- Analyser les données d’achat pour déceler des **tendances, des risques** et des opportunités d’amélioration.
- Participer à la mise en place de systèmes et d’outils de **procurement**.
Formation et Compétences Requises
Formation requise : Diplôme de niveau secondaire (High School Diploma/GED)
Formation souhaitée : Diplôme de Bachelor
Compétences techniques et professionnelles
- Diplôme en **gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement**, administration des affaires, droit, finance ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience de travail dans plusieurs **régions** avec des équipes distantes.
- Capacité à soutenir des **activités de sourcing** à l’échelle mondiale, avec des horaires flexibles.
- Expérience dans plusieurs **secteurs** et entreprises.
- Compréhension solide des **principes de procurement**, processus et meilleures pratiques.
- Compétences démontrées en matière d’analyse des coûts et de **négociation de contrats**.
- Maîtrise d’**Ariba Sourcing** et capacité analytique exceptionnelle.
- Compétences interpersonnelles marquées, capacité à établir des relations solides.
- Fluence en **anglais** ; la maîtrise d’une autre langue européenne majeure est un avantage.

📝 Description du poste : IntroductionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sourcing Lead to join our Global Strategic Sourcing team which supports IBM in over 80 countries. This position will be responsible for leading and executing complex deals and coordinating regional requirements for various indirect categories, across time zones and geographies.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding one or more indirect categories with a proven track record in procurement, and excellent negotiation skills.Your role and responsibilities
- Lead complex sourcing deals, including multi-stage bids, commercial and legal negotiations, contract implementation
- Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and performance management system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of procurement systems and tools.
Required educationHigh School Diploma/GEDPreferred educationBachelor’s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in supply chain management, business administration, law, finance or a related field.
- Experience working in multiple regions and managing procurement in different countries and through remote teams
- Ability to support sourcing activities across geographies, with flexibility of working hours
- Multi-company/sector experiences
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices
- Demonstrated skills in utilizing data to analyze cost modeling scenarios and make sourcing recommendations
- Proven negotiation and contract drafting, analysis and management skills.
- Proficiency in Ariba Sourcing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, understanding of cost levers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to build and leverage strong relationships and networks both within and outside the organization
- Fluency in English. One additional major European language is a plus.
