• Research and identify potential food suppliers in APAC, focusing on quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, producers, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure competitive advantage and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure suppliers meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier performance, including delivery schedules, product consistency, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, certifications, and sourcing data.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in food sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in EU sourcing office before
• Strong knowledge of food industry standards and sustainability practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software; experience with ERP systems a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
