If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you We are currently looking for a Spanish Customer Service Assistant to join the team of a leading multinational company in Portugal in the industrial sector. Portalegre Your mission: This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing accurate administration and high-quality communication, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction. In this position, youll be responsible for: – Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests; – Develop long-term relationships with customers;
– Support administrative tasks related to customs, logistics and customer data; – Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal and external departments; – Ensuring the invoicing process, as well as claims management and key indicators analysis;
– Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned area. What you need to embark on this mission: – Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory); – Experience in customer service or commercial administrative role;
– Proficiency in MS Office;
– Proficiency in SAP is a big plus; – Fast adaptability and excellent communication skills; – Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit; – Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills. What awaits you: – Direct contract with the client;
