Le Senior Accountant en charge de l’assurance des revenus et des baux joue un rôle clé au sein d’Equinix, en soutenant l’analyse et la conclusion comptable sur des questions complexes liées aux revenus et aux contrats de location. Responsabilités

Qualifications

Les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :

  • Formation : Diplôme en finance/comptabilité ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience : Au moins 3 ans en comptabilité, de préférence avec une expérience en comptabilité des revenus et des baux.
  • Connaissances : Excellente compréhension des normes GAAP américaines ou IFRS, et certifications telles que le CPA sont un plus.

This contains a component of standard month close reporting and standard monthly accounting as well as ad-hoc review and analysis of more intricate transactions. The role will be partnering across regions for some tasks and will be partnering locally in EMEA region for others.
