This director-level position demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and integrated communications to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead and inspire three teams: Corporate Communications, Branding & Proposition, and Integrated Marketing & Ecosystem, ensuring cohesive and effective collaboration.
Corporate Communications:
- Oversee the development and execution of corporate communication plans, including media relations, internal communications, and crisis management.
- Enhance the company’s reputation through strategic public relations initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
Branding & Proposition:
- Drive brand strategy and positioning to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
- Lead the development of compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the company in the market.
Integrated Marketing & Ecosystem:
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns that leverage digital, social, and traditional media to maximize reach and engagement.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations within the ecosystem to amplify marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Performance Management:
- Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for each team, regularly monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing multiple teams and large-scale marketing initiatives.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
