Responsabilités Principales

Le futur Ingénieur Projets Installations Senior travaillera sous la supervision directe du Responsable des Installations. Les tâches incluent :

• Collaboration avec des clients internes et externes pour la gestion et l’exécution de projets d’infrastructure.
• Planification, exécution, et contrôle de la qualité des projets.
• Application de méthodologies pour assurer des projets dans les délais et budgets impartis.
• Supervision des projets d’amélioration continue des installations existantes.
• Liaison entre entrepreneurs, organismes régulateurs et département d’ingénierie.
• Support aux stratégies de durabilité et aux programmes de sécurité.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique, électrique, électromécanique ou civile.
• 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux ou secteurs similaires.
• Connaissances solides en HVAC, systèmes d’eau potable, protection incendie, et supervision d’installation d’équipements électriques.
• Bilinguisme (anglais et espagnol) est requis.

Qualifications Préférées

Les candidats possédant les compétences suivantes auront un avantage :

• Poste supérieur en gestion de projet.
• Expérience dans une industrie réglementée (pharmaceutique ou dispositifs médicaux).
• Expérience dans le processus de mise en service.

Conditions de Travail

These projects are directly related to the business and Facilities engineering department strategies on short and long term.What You’ll Do

• Interact with external and internal clients on the scope of management and execution of projects related to the campus infrastructure for knowing and complying with the businesses and their necessities and expectations.
• Project planning and execution, budget, scope, schedule and quality control of projects related to the campus infrastructure and its necessities.
• Applies methodologies so the campus and facilities projects can be done on time and at the best cost possible.
• Report the results by means of metrics as established by our clients, management and business expectations.
• Supervise and perform projects related to the continuous improvement of our campus existing facilities and utilities.
• Explore and identify improvements to our existing facilities in order to comply with both internal clients and government authorities
• Participates as a liaison between outside contractors, government and regulatory agencies and the engineering department.
• Support global strategies to achieve sustainability global goals. • Support the EHS programs. • Support EMS and Energy Management System (EnMS) Programs and Initiatives related with Environmental, Health, Safety.

Administrative Shift [from 8am to 5:00pm]This is an On Site positionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in mechanical, electrical electromechanical or civil engineering.5 years of experience in medical device or related industries, experience new construction and renovation projects on a manufacturing process environment.Solid experience in HVAC, air compressors, potable water, RODI systems, Fire Protection and electrical equipment installation supervision.Solid Experience in cleanrooms design and construction, including electromechanical, civil and architectural design.Good knowledge of OSHA Standards & cGMP’s.Knowledge in the following software: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / RequiredPreferred QualificationsA post degree on project management is a plus.Internal and/or external experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical or Medical Device) is a plus.Commissioning process experience is a plus.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
