  • Lead the marketing strategy for assigned hematology products, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals
  • Control sales, profit, and A&P budgets for your portfolio
  • Develop and revise both short- and long-term marketing plans
  • Set pricing strategy and manage distribution and promotional programs
  • Partner with the healthcare services team to support NHI reimbursement for hematology indications
  • Collaborate with hospital sales teams to secure hospital formulary listings
  • Create and update micro marketing plans with the sales team; monitor brand sales monthly
  • Prepare demand forecasts and align with purchasing for inventory management
  • Equip the salesforce with hematology-focused product information and promotional tools
  • Analyze market and competitive data (IMS) to shape brand positioning
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess program execution and gather customer insights
  • Work with distributors to ensure strategy consistency and compliance
  • Build strong external relationships with hematology specialists, medical societies, and KOLs
  • Collaborate with medical teams on clinical trial planning, speaker engagements, and congress activities
  • Run market research to validate brand direction and uncover new opportunities
  • Report progress and key developments to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related life science; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years’ pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3 years in product management or marketing
  • Previous exposure to hematology or specialty care products is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and planning skills; able to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Assertive, results-focused personality with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work independently and make informed decisions in a complex environment
