Description du Poste
Le rôle de Sr Quality Engineer est essentiel pour le développement et la gestion des initiatives de qualité au sein des différentes unités d’affaires (Business Units) et régions de Kimberly-Clark. Les principales responsabilités incluent :

Développement de Plans Stratégiques : Participation à l’élaboration de plans de qualité stratégiques, y compris des mesures et des initiatives, en tenant compte des exigences internes et réglementaires.

Gestion de la Qualité des Fournisseurs : Assurer la conformité des systèmes de gestion de la qualité avec les normes de Kimberly-Clark et les réglementations externes.

Programme de Formation : Élaboration et mise en œuvre de programmes de formation ciblés pour renforcer les capacités des équipes à travers les différentes régions.
- Analyse des Performances : Évaluation des performances des fournisseurs pour identifier les risques et les opportunités d’amélioration.
