Amazon recherche un Gestionnaire de Fournisseurs Retail Senior maîtrisant l’espagnol, pour rejoindre son équipe à Bratislava. Le candidat idéal sera passionné par le développement de relations d’affaires et la croissance e-commerce. En tant que Responsable des Fournisseurs, vous collaborerez avec des partenaires hispanophones à travers l’Europe, les aidant à élargir leur activité tout en offrant des expériences client exceptionnelles.
Responsabilités principales
- Proposer des termes annuels et des services au sein de plans d’affaires communs avec les fournisseurs d’Amazon.
- Optimiser le portefeuille de produits des fournisseurs sur le marché Amazon, en améliorant leur visibilité et leurs ventes.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour améliorer leur excellence opérationnelle et leur chaîne logistique.
- Utiliser des outils internes pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration tout en offrant une excellente expérience client.
- Gérer les escalations commerciales et juridiques tout en trouvant des solutions durables.
- Prendre en charge des projets d’impact en impliquant des parties prenantes internes.
- Coordonner la formation des pairs et partager les meilleures pratiques.

Qualifications requises
BASIQUE :
- Compétences linguistiques : Anglais et Espagnol (C1+).
- Diplôme (Licence ou Master) avec un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Capacité avérée à établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes.
- Excellentes compétences en présentation et communication.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.
PREFERRED :
- Connaissances avancées en gestion de projets souhaitables.
- Expertise dans les catégories de produits clés telles que l’électronique, la mode, ou l’alimentation.

As a Vendor Manager, you’ll collaborate with Italian-speaking partners across Europe, helping them expand their business while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll provide strategic guidance and education to help optimize their performance through consultancy, process improvements and self-service solutions.
This hands-on role is an opportunity to become an expert in your field, while developing meaningful long-term relationships with your business partners. You’ll also partner cross-functionally to streamline systems, automate workflows and drive innovation benefiting both our customers and vendors.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2200 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. - Proposing annual terms and conditions as well as costs throughout the year, and aligning on new services with our vendors to build joint business plans with Amazon.
- Optimizing vendor’s portfolio of products listed on the Amazon marketplace, their visibility and sales
- Collaborating with vendors to improve their operational excellence and supply chain
- Demonstrating natural curiosity to learn a variety of internal business tool, programs and processes to identify the right business opportunities while delivering excellent customer experience.
- Managing business and legal escalations through critical problem solving to find sustainable solutions.
- Conducting deep dives to identify new opportunities to innovate and automate processes for better selling partner experience
- Taking ownership of impactful business driven projects by engaging with internal business stakeholders to dictate the direction of various programs. You will own entire processes, train peers, share best practices and ensure impact on the internal/external business
- Industry expertise in one of the following product categories: Electronics, Clothing and Fashion, Home and Living, Books, Consumables
