Le rôle de Spécialiste Senior en Marketing Sportif pour Joueurs de Football est essentiel au sein de l’organisation. Les joueurs de football sont des éléments clés dans la stratégie de la marque, et l’objectif est de constituer un portefolio de joueurs d’exception capables de représenter efficacement les produits de la marque auprès du consommateur. Responsabilités clés
Principales responsabilités :
- Élaboration et exécution du plan local : Maîtrise du plan d’attaque local pour atteindre les KPI des joueurs professionnels de football.
- Négociation et contractualisation : Gestion des contrats avec les joueurs tout en respectant les lignes directrices internes de marketing sportif, financières et légales.
- Gestion des relations : Supervision des relations quotidiennes avec tous les joueurs partenaires, hommes et femmes.
- Développement de relations solides : Construction de connexions significatives avec les agents et autres parties prenantes du football pour identifier et signer les meilleurs talents.
- Collaboration inter-équipe : Favoriser une communication ouverte entre les différents pôles de l’entreprise, en alignant les attentes avec les besoins d’activation des joueurs.
Profil recherché
Compétences et qualifications requises :
- Expertise technique et réseau : Connaissance approfondie et réseau établi dans le monde du football professionnel.
- Formation académique : Diplôme universitaire ou formation équivalente requise.
- Compétences interpersonnelles : Aptitude à communiquer efficacement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en anglais et en espagnol.
- Capacités organisationnelles : Excellentes compétences en négociation et en gestion financière, avec un intérêt pour le droit sportif étant un atout.

As a Sr.
Specialist Football Players, you are part of the team that on a day-to-day basis is responsible for shaping and building our portfolio, delivering our football and sports marketing Pro player strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the local attack plan and execute it flawlessly to deliver SPOMA Pro Football Players KPI´s.Negotiation, contracting and execution of Pro player contracts, according to and fully compliant with internal sports marketing and legal/financial guidelines.Day to day management of all football player relations of our complete partners portfolio – male and female.
Execute contract rights properly to strengthen our connections and build more reliable relations – Securing high level partners service is a must.Develop powerful and meaningful relationships with agents, and all other important stakeholders in the world of football, to increase the probability to recognize, scout and sign the best players of the country.Create an open relationship between the three football pillars within the company – SPOMA, Football BU and Brand Communications.
Align expectations and fully support the brands player activations needs, programs and campaigns.Excellence in the execution of budgeting, financial, legal and compliance, and any other type of internal responsibility.
Proactive and open communication with the internal Sports Marketing peers, specially, the Players Manager and the Scouting Sr. Specialist.Ability to coordinate and connect with counterparts in other countries, Regional and Global offices.

In depth technical knowledge/experience and network in the world of professional football is a must.Football background knowledge, with proven record in Sports Marketing industry will be considered a plus.Female Football landscape knowledge will be also considered as a plus.Good network and reputation in the world of football is key.Football fanatic.
Deep knowledge of the Liga BBVA MX and CONCACAF competitions is welcome.Fluent in English and Spanish.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent education required.Great interpersonal skills, communication-verbal and written skills.Proficiency with computers and standard software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel).Football Market and Industry Awareness, football sport knowledge.Needs to have both football knowledge and business mindset.Good negotiation skills, Legal background a plus.Ability and commitment to retain absolute confidentiality concerning all business matters.Driven to succeed and deliver against goals and work expectations.adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
