En tant que membre de l’équipe de People Advisory Services, vous serez chargé de relever les défis liés à la gestion d’une main-d’œuvre mobile à l’échelle mondiale.

Vos Responsabilités Clés

• Gestion de la fiscalité : Vous serez responsable des questions de taxe sur le revenu personnel, tant pour les employés locaux qu’expatriés, en renforçant votre expertise dans des situations transfrontalières et en appliquant les conventions fiscales.
• Collaboration : Vous participerez à la coordination des conseils transfrontaliers avec d’autres bureaux d’EY, garantissant un service complet à nos clients.
• Projets Divers : Impliqué dans une variété de projets, y compris des revues de risque fiscal, des bilans fiscaux et des conseils sur les arrangements d’emploi.
• Développement Professionnel : Maintenir un niveau de compétence technique à jour à travers des opportunités de formation continue.

Qualifications Requises

Pour postuler à ce poste, il est essentiel de posséder les qualifications suivantes :

• Étudiants fraîchement diplômés en Comptabilité, Finance, Commerce, ou disciplines connexes.
• Une expérience de stage pertinente est un atout.
• Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
• Compétences en outils bureautiques, y compris MS Excel, Word, et PowerPoint.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et en évolution.

Your key responsibilitiesAs part of People Advisory Services, Mobility team, it gives you the opportunity to manage the complex challenges of deploying a globally mobile workforce. People Advisory Services advises clients on the design and implementation of total reward strategies, advises on HR and payroll transformation, helps manage HR compliance and risk, provides strategic advice on mobility programs and also offers technology advisory services and project management. We work with our clients to attract, train and motivate the people necessary to achieve clients’ organizational goals. By helping to integrate the people agenda into their business strategy, we help our clients improve their business in the evolving global economy and realize sustainable economic growth.

• Focusing on Personal Income Tax issues (both local and expatriate employees) for companies with globally mobile employees.
• Supporting in solving Personal Income Tax issues and expanding it to include cross-border situations, application of tax treaties, cross-border mobility situations.

• Supporting in liaising with overseas EY offices to coordinate complete cross-border advice for our clients
• Engaging in variety of projects including employment tax risk reviews, internal tax review, tax health check, tax audit assistance, employment arrangement advice
• Keeping abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate students in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Business, Banking or related fields
• Previous relevant internship experience will be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Good level of competency (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Detail oriented and possess initiative
• Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
