Description du Poste
Les candidats au sein de l’équipe d’ingénierie des applications d’Analog Devices sont invités à relever des défis variés au quotidien. Les ingénieurs d’applications jouent un rôle essentiel en facilitant l’interaction entre l’entreprise et ses clients, en fournissant des solutions personnalisées allant de la conception à la mise en œuvre.

Responsabilités Essentielles
Le Staff RF Design Engineer sera chargé de :
- Concevoir des récepteurs et émetteurs multi-canaux pour des marchés variés, incluant les radars et la communication par satellite.
- Développer du matériel et des logiciels centrés sur des convertisseurs RF depuis les concepts jusqu’à la commercialisation.
- Analyser les chaînes de signal à l’aide de concepts RF tels que le gain et la figure de bruit.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour définir les exigences systèmes en produits de nouvelle génération.
- Accompagner les clients dans l’intégration des systèmes, le dépannage et les tests.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats devront démontrer des compétences et qualifications spécifiques :
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie électrique/électronique.
- Connaissances approfondies en RF, analogique, numérique et signaux mixtes.
- Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Esprit d’équipe et compétences interpersonnelles.
- Expérience en analyse de cascade RF et/ou en signaux mixtes.
- Connaissance des systèmes de communication militaire ou par satellite appréciée.
- Expérience en conception de circuits imprimés et outils de conception PCB.
- Familiarité avec la simulation électromagnétique.
- Connaissance des équipements de diagnostic en laboratoire (analyseurs de spectre, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Compétence en programmation MATLAB, Python et C/C++ est un atout.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Design multi-channel receivers and transmitters for phased-array, radar, satellite communication and other markets
- Develop RF digital converter centric hardware & software from concept (block diagrams) through productization
- Analyze signal chains using RF cascade concepts like Gain, noise figure, linearity, and power.
- Engage with internal applications and marketing team members to translate their system requirements into next generation product definitions
- Guide customers through system integration, troubleshooting and testing
Minimum Qualifications:The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of accepting responsibility and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems.
- BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Strong knowledge of RF, analog, digital and mixed-signal fundamentals
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communications skills is a must
- Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills
- RF cascade analysis (gain, spurious, linearity, noise figure, etc.) and/or mixed signal experience
- Phased-array, radar, electronic warfare, satellite communication or military communication experience a plus
- Printed circuit board design experience and exposure to PCB design tools
- Electromagnetic simulation experience
- Lab diagnostic equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generators, power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python scripting and C/C++ software programming a plus
