Description du poste : As a Staff Software Engineer on the InsightVM platform, you will be an independent, self-motivated contributor who takes ownership of complex projects and drives them to completion. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and succeed.While working autonomously, you will also collaborate closely with your team, acting as a key player in delivering solutions and ensuring the overall success of the team.About the TeamOur Product & Engineering team drives innovation, building award-winning security solutions that help 10,000+ organizations assess risk, detect threats, and automate security. Using cutting-edge tech and research, we develop and enhance products across vulnerability management, detection, automation, cloud security, and pentesting.This team develops the InsightVM solution, specifically the Exposure Analytics feature, designing and enhancing cloud-based security solutions for vulnerability reporting, remediation insights, and data exports integrated with our UI. You’ll collaborate with a global team to drive innovation in security analytics. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and strengthen cybersecurity worldwide.About the RoleThis feature is built using a Java microservices architecture with Spring Boot, managed with Maven, and deployed through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins. We prioritize security with Snyk and Trivy for vulnerability scanning, ensure reliability with JUnit testing, and leverage AWS EKS for scalable cloud infrastructure.In this role, you will:Build, maintain, and release high-quality, well-architected services by writing clean, efficient code that follows best practices-your work will be recognized across teams for stability and maintainabilityTake a lead role in designing and planning new features, as our engineers are key stakeholders throughout the entire development processDrive and propose strategies to solve complex technical challenges, ensuring alignment with business needs and securing buy-in on innovative solutionsCollaborate closely with UX and Product Management to deeply understand customer needs and deliver impactful solutionsYour Experience & Skills8+ years of software development experience with Java 11+ and Spring BootExpertise in microservices architecture, CI/CD and cloud infrastructureProven experience delivering complex solutions and driving continuous improvementMentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration in high-growth environmentsExcellent communicator, with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detailPassionate about solving creative problems and driving innovative solutionsWe know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams.
