Responsabilités :
Les missions principales incluent :
- Fournir un service exceptionnel en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients.
- Présenter les produits et services de la banque aux clients.
- Assurer les tâches opérationnelles bancaires pour soutenir les activités de la succursale.
- Agir comme soutien au back office si nécessaire.
Qualifications et Exigences :
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Être **citoyen indonésien**.
- Avoir un minimum de **diplôme de Bachelor**.
- Être **proficient en anglais** et **maîtriser Microsoft Office**.
- Être **bien organisé**, dynamique et auto-motivé.
- Avoir la capacité de maintenir **précision et cohérence** dans les tâches.
- Être capable de travailler en **équipe** et de contribuer activement à la performance collective.
- Démontrer un **haut niveau d’intégrité**.
- Être **orienté vers le service**.
- Ce poste est localisé dans plusieurs villes : Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Denpasar, Jakarta, Lampung, Manado, Makassar, Malang, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Pontianak, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda.

- Provide excellent service as front liners to customers.

- Handle banking operational duties to support branch activities.
- Act as alternate back office when required.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Has a minimum of Bachelor Degree.
- Proficiency in English and Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Well organized, high spirited, self-motivated.
- Has ability to keep accuracy and consistency
- Has ability to work in a team and actively contribute towards team performance.
