Description du poste : Job DescriptionThis position will assist the entertainment performance department with the following tasks: support live stage performances safely, including indoor, outdoor, and special events; accurately operate audio, video, and lighting equipment in accordance with stage supervisor’s instructions, time codes, or self-directed activities; and perform various checks before and after the show.   • Experience working with one or more of the following performance-related audio, video, and lighting equipment:
  • Lighting – 2 DMX Universe+ lighting control consoles, automated lighting fixtures, conventional lighting fixtures, dimmer systems, DMX distribution systems, LED, gel, focusing;
  • Video – 4K video projectors, 30,000 lumen+ projectors, video playback servers, video editings;
  • Controls – MIDI, DMX, TCP/IP, RS422, RS482, RS232 protocols, ability to define and program control sets for entertainment equipmcent;
  • Stage Machinery – winches, performer flying, hydraulics, ProfiNET, automation console operation and programming.
  • Familiarity with SMPTE timecode clock synchronization coding preferred.
  • Possessing at least five years of experience in stage equipment management.
  • Possession of an aerial work permit.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
  • Ability to complete given work on time and according to schedule on a daily basis.
  • Ability to adapt to working with different departments.
  • Willingness to assist others with complex and difficult work assignments.
  • Acceptance of job transfers.

  • You will operate assigned stages and other live performance-related equipment in accordance with creative ideas;
  • You will operate and program audio, video, and lighting equipment used on stage;
  • You will perform in pre- and post-performance checks to ensure the smooth running of the entire show;
  • You will perform in conducting pre-, mid- and post-performance safety checks;
  • You will install the equipment installation.
  • You will set up the stage and assist in loading and unloading stage related equipment;
  • You will manage and track performance reporting equipment issues through « Maximo » software;
  • You will be required to stand and walk frequently;
  • You will regularly push and pull heavy objects of approximately 35 kg;
  • You will frequently lift weights of about 12 kg and occasionally about 35 kg;
  • You are required to frequently bend at the neck and occasionally at the knees;
  • You are required to use your hands frequently;
  • You need to be able to work in all types of weather and with restricted vision, and you need to be able to adapt to working at height and in theatre and stage work;
  • You will be required to undergo induction training.
  • You will complete other assigned work.
