Principales Responsabilités

• Planifier : L’organisation des horaires de travail, l’attribution des tâches, et le suivi des performances des membres de l’équipe.
• Former : Éduquer les membres de l’équipe sur les procédures de sécurité, d’hygiène, et opérationnelles.
• Veiller au respect des normes : S’assurer que les membres de l’équipe respectent les politiques et procédures de l’hôtel ainsi que les règlements de sanitation.
• Gérer l’inventaire : Suivre les stocks de fournitures de nettoyage et de produits chimiques pour la plongée.
• Collaborer avec d’autres départements : Travailler étroitement avec les équipes de cuisine et de banquet pour assurer un flux de travail harmonieux.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent disposer des éléments suivants :

• Niveau d’études : Diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire ou équivalent ; une formation en hôtellerie ou en sanitation est un atout.
• Expérience : 2 à 4 ans dans le secteur stewarding, dont au moins un an dans un rôle de supervision.
• Compétences : Excellentes qualités de leadership, compétences en communication et en organisation, et connaissance des normes de sanitation.

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: Hotel-KitchenJob Description:The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the stewarding team to ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas. The role includes overseeing dishwashing operations, maintaining sanitation standards, inventory control of kitchen cleaning supplies, and supporting the kitchen and banquet teams.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of stewards and dishwashers.
• Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance of stewarding staff.
• Train and mentor stewarding team members on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Ensure team members follow hotel policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and tableware are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Conduct regular inspections of stewarding areas for cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
• Implement and monitor HACCP and other food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, dishwashing chemicals, and kitchen tools.
• Coordinate with procurement for replenishment of stewarding stock.
• Ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning products and equipment.
• Support kitchen and banquet operations by ensuring timely availability of clean tools and utensils.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events by providing necessary stewarding services.
• Liaise with the culinary and service departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or sanitation is a plus.
• 2-4 years in stewarding, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
