Description du Poste
En tant que Store Manager, vous aurez la responsabilité de guider tous les aspects de votre magasin. Votre mission englobe la gestion d’une équipe passionnée, la satisfaction des clients, et l’optimisation des stratégies financières et marketing.

- Proven management experience, and significant retail experience
- The skills to recruit, motivate, coach and develop team members to help them achieve success
- Strong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customers
- Competence in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, budgets, executing plans, reporting and maintaining a safe environment.
- Resilience and adaptability, to drive change.
